This special condominium with east and south exposures offers unobstructed views of the ocean from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, and covered, beautifully-tiled patio. An abundance of windows and sliding-glass doors brings in natural light that brightens all rooms.
The location is perfect to enjoy views of the ocean, surf, and beach while seated in the living room, making a feast in the kitchen, having dinner in the dining area, lounging in the master bedroom, or just relaxing on the porch. Access is also convenient by elevator or stairs.
Comfortably furnished and accessorized, this unit has all-new appliances, linens, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glassware, window treatments, windows and sliding glass door, and furniture. There are ceiling fans and televisions in every room including new LCD Flat Screen TV's in Living Room and Master Bedroom. The master bedroom has all-new furniture with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has all new furniture with two twin beds.
There is also a new queen size pull-out sofa in the living room. A pack n' play unit is also available for our guests along with a high quality Aerobed self-inflating air mattress (very comfortable). Guest also have access to tennis rackets, toys for the kids, puzzles and games for all ages, a collection of books (wide variety for children and adults), videos and DVDs (wide variety for children including Baby Einstein Series) and for adults), CDs, beach toys, beach umbrella, beach chairs and XBOX with two controllers and games.
A state-of-the-art entry gate system has just been installed making this one of only a few facilities on New Smyrna Beach with restricted, gated access. In addition, high-speed wireless internet access is now available for all renters so you can stay connected to the world while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves.

My husband & I recently returned from spending a week at this condo and it is indeed as lovely as the pictures show it. It had everything you'd need for a stay at the beach. Such a home away from home -- I miss not having the ocean outside my patio door! Do not hesitate to stay here.

What a beautiful unit. We have enjoyed our stay. It's hard to believe you can get a tan in January. This was our 1st time down on this side, usally we go to the Gulf of Mexico. The unit had everything you could imagine - like a home away from home. It you would like to eat at a fine restaurant eat at Norwoods. It's great. We area laready planning a trip back at Spring Break.

I cannot begin to describe how perfect this condo was for my family. WIth a 3 year-old and 1 year-old we were a little worried about not having toys, seats, etc., and we came to Florida prepared to buy these things. Imagine our delight to walk into a cozy, fully-equipped home away from home. Thanks so much for this beautiful place and perfect vacation.
