The Villa was completed in August 2009 and designed in U-shape around the swimming pool consisting of two pavilions (Master Bedrooms) connected to a large living and dining area.
The property has been designed and built to provide an extraordinarily beautiful look. The spacious and elegantly designed swimming pool includes a Jacuzzi hydro massage and is one of the main features of this property, finished in the traditional Andaman dark blue ceramic tiles, with underwater lighting providing an elegant and romantic atmosphere in the evening.
With an indoor/outdoor area including the swimming pool, garage and a spacious terrace gives the property an overall area covering a luxurious 370 Sq. m .
Entering through the main gate you step into the main building accommodating the spacious living and dining area with five large glass doors opening up to the sundeck, swimming pool and garden.
Living and dining area:
There are two comfortable sofas and a long Indonesian wooden table seating 8 and perfect to entertain guests. In the living area there is 50'' LCD television with cable receiver to enjoy over 50 international news programs, sports and movie channels. There is a Home Theatre system with Radio/CD player and I Pod dock to connect your personal I Pod or I Phone; you'll find also a play station with a choice of games.
The open kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, climate-controlled two-door refrigerator, 4 rings ceramic hob, hood, microwave, blender, glasses, crockery and cutlery, etc.
4 Bedrooms:
Bedrooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated with original paintings and local art crafts.
The two Master bedrooms have a four post king-size bed with individual walk-in cabinet and en-suite bathroom.
The Third bedroom has a beautiful bamboo King-size bed, built-in cabinet and shares the spacious bathroom with the Master Bedroom.
The fourth bedroom has Queen-size bed,built-in cabinet and shares the bathroom with the living room.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have luxurious down feather pillows, down feather duvets and black-out curtains to guarantee undisturbed sleep even during daytime.
Security:
The entire community is monitored by a 24 hours CCTV (closed circuit television) system and recording device. This villa has its private monitor which enables the guests to control the surrounding area and main entrance.

Found a great deal on homeaway and wish we could have stayed longer! We had a Villa Kuta, a 4 bedroom balinese villa with our own private pool, rooms were very nice and loved the outside jacuzzi! Villa is a cul-de-sac with only one way in and out on the same road so really peaceful, out of the traffic. Only couple of minutes walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants and shopping. My family hired the villa for a family holiday. It was ideal. We loved having the pool all to oursleves and the villas are close to the beach and the main street of Nai Harn. All the rooms were clean and lovely and we had a great time there. The fridge was empty, but you can ask the staff to buy groceries for you. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Villa Suksan is not really a Resort, the villas are all individually owned but the one that we stayed in was EXCELLENT and perfectly managed. It was a 4 bedroom, with nice pool, equipped kitchen with BBQ and nice outdoor 6 seater table... There are many shops/deli type stores, restaurants, massage parlors, pharmacies, just 1 minute walking. Thank you Villa Kuta ! My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. This Villa is the perfect place to unwind and relax. I have traveled a great deal around Thailand...and I must say this is one of the most enjoyable places I have stayed in.
