Our home has recently been remodeled and is of a
classic modern design and decor. It is surrounded by some of Montecito's finest estates, offering a relaxed, tranquil and serene environment throughout the home and garden. The ocean views and sun-filled light enhance the formal living room, gourmet kitchen/breakfast room and master bedroom.
We have lived in Montecito for nearly 20 years and love it. It has everything to offer, the beauty of the beaches and the mountains. Santa Barbara is a cosmopolitan town with different neighborhoods and villages, museums and theater. The climate is gorgeous year round.
Abundant hiking is just a short walk from your front door, including Cold Springs, Tangerine Falls, Monetcito Peak and Hot Springs. At the bottom of the street is Ganna Waska's famous "Lotusland" garden. In just a 5 mins drive you are at the beach, or strolling on Coast Village Road for a relaxed and elegant shopping experience.
Take a 45 mins drive and you are in the heart of the Santa Ynez wine growing district. Visit the charming small villages of Los Olivos, Ballard and Santa Ynez featured in "Sideways" and "It's Complicated".
