All the amenities. Unit 23 in the Sanderling is on the top floor northeast corner overlooking the beach and life guard station. Unmatchable splendid views from the large windows and balcony are 270 degrees. You can see north to Atlantic City, South to Wildwood, into some of Stone Harbor, and birds flying from their level.
The exterior of the building was renovated 2010; the interior is bright and white and up to date. Original art, linens provided, a closet full of beach toys and gear. Condo is very comfortable and usable year round with heat, and central air. Ceiling fans in all rooms if you want ocean air. Access to the beach is only a few steps from the secure building. The building is on the Main Street of Stone Harbor and is only a one block walk to shops, movies, and restaurants. The interior of the building has a lovely open garden in the main hallway. A public park with tennis courts, children's playground, and basketball court is across the street. There are two reserved parking places on the building ground level. The building has an indoor pool open in summer but not promised. Great place for nearby wedding.

About the owner: We are retired professionals and have enjoyed Stone Harbor for many decades. We love the quiet family oriented town with its many activities and splendid beach walking beach, the Wetlands Institute, the "point" at Hereford Inlet, the Cape May Zoo and lighthouse.
