Great views from all rooms, airtight woodburning fireplace inside, firepit outside. Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, 2 ovens microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. BBQ and second deck area at back of house. Large yard to play games or just lounge in the hammocks and watch the world go by. Lots of wildlife to watch, from the resident eagle families to the migrating birds, to whales and seals right outside your door.

Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: We have spent many years on this beach at our family place and finally bought a place of our own a few years ago. Our kids spent many happy hours and days playing on the beach, making sand castles, swimming, beach-combing and fishing with their grandfather.
Why the Owner Chose Qualicum Beach:
This area is full of things to do and see but there are many days when we have no desire to go anywhere. If you do want to find activity, there is plenty of choice, all within a short distance.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Sitting by the firepit at the end of the day is one of the special things about our place. Watching the cruiseships pass by is always a fun activity on summer nights. If it is raining or the weather is cool, there is nothing better than snuggling up to the warm fireplace inside and sipping a glass of wine or just reading a book.
