Location,Location, Location! Emerald Key House is a 90 sec walk to the beach. It's also walking distance to restaurants, amusement parks, nightlife and more. Our luxurious Gulf view home with FREE WiFi has a great community pool and it's only shared by 7 other homes, so it's like having a private pool most of the time. The beach does not have condos right in front, so it's quite. If you want more beach action, no problem, just walk a few minutes West and you could have that too. Our house is very clean and modern. Our goal is to impress our guests and make them feel welcome year-after-year. We provide all the comforts of home while you enjoy your vacation....

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with private balcony lets you view the Gulf and pool at their very best!
Our beautifully decorated house has wood floors, tile and carpeted bedrooms, a full size washer & dryer, a complete kitchen which includes dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door, smooth top stove, coffee maker, margarita blender, dishes, cups and all cooking utensils. Our house is beautifully furnished with 2 queen-size beds, 2 bunk beds in a private room (Not a Hallway), and a pull out double sofa bed. There is also cable TV with remote and a DVD in the living room, and a TV with remote in the bedroom. Linens are provided.
This is a Non Smoking Home. Smoking is permitted outside our home. Pets are welcome with prior approval only (Additional fees may apply). We have great rates, and a beautiful house that you'll want to visit year after year!!!!

Thank you Paul for a wonderful stay in your lovely beach home! A pleasant experience from the very beginning. The location is perfect...close to restaurants, shopping, market, nightlife, parks, and a very short walk to beach. The home is in great condition - very clean, well maintained, comfortable, nice modern decor, and a great layout. The outside of the home is just as well kept, great access to the pool which is right next to home, easy access to outside shower and water hose (great for when you return from beach), several parking spaces, one of which is covered. In the side yard was a gate with access to back streets which was convenient for walking our dog. Paul was very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. He even had us a welcome package of fresh fruit and a bottle of Merlot...such a wonderful surprise and very appreciated! We would recommend this beach home to anyone. We look forward to staying here again...hopefully very soon. Thank you again, Paul. Outstanding!

it has been ten years since our family has been to florida for a vacation . the last time it was in Destin. All I have to say is thank you to Paul and Buster Beach Rentals for one of the most enjoyable holidays that our family has had together. The location of your place was perfect for going to the beach or if we wanted to go shopping or just down the road for an afternoon drink. The house has a great layout for a family , with a pool right out front and bye the way the weather was awesome . would recomend this location to anyone who is looking for a great get a way. In closing Paul thanks for the great holiday.

We had such an awesome time, the house was perfect for six people , beach location was great, our only complaint would be that the house could of been just a little bit cleaner, the ceiling fans haven't been washed in a long time, the oven was almost unusable. but bathrooms & bedrooms - very clean. We would certainley recommend to anyone, and we hope to be back next year.

As mentioned during check-in, our cleaning service never showed up that morning and we had to find an alternate company. I wish you would have mentioned this during my 3 phone calls asking how the house was, I would have had it cleaned right away. We have terminated our contract with both cleaning services and this problem will never happen again.

Eight of us rented the house for spring break weekend. It is a perfect location within walking distance to restaurants, night clubs, and the beach. The house presented a very home like feel and could easily accommodate are large group, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Would recommend this house to anyone interested in being in the prime location for spring break. Homeowners are great people even offered to take us around on their boat however our plans made it so we were unable to. Thanks Paul,

The pictures to advertise this property are accurate. The home is nicely decorated, was clean and inviting for our arrival and has an excellent layout. We found the house to be in a very convenient location for easy beach access, grocery stores and other amenities. We really enjoyed our stay at this home and we plan to return.

Our family of 4 stayed at this house for Ironman Florida. It was very relaxing and calm, but close enough to the action. The house was as listed and our stay was great. We would reccomend this place to others.

This house is located in the quiet Thomas Drive community of Seaview Village, one block from the whitest sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. This is a perfect location for family and beach vacation activities.Every single detaile is according to the listing description.The pictures do not reflect the reality, because the reality is much more than perfect. When you enter the house, you feel at home at the same moment. Clean , well-maintained and beautifully decorated! If you have not seen Panama City Beach, you must come here and rent this house for a week or two! Outstanding!

Hi, We are from Canada, and rented this wonderful place from June to the end of September. We did not plan on staying in one location for so long, but this place was so nice, we decided to stay here for our entire vacation. The home is very clean, with a nice new interior- granite counters, stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV's, and hardwood floors. It is located right off Thomas Drive, seconds from all of the tourist action- mini putt, bungee jumping and go-karts. Even though it is close to all of the action, it is the last unit away from the road, which keeps things very quiet, even through the heaviest tourist seasons. There are 8 condo's in this complex, but whenever we needed to use the pool (which is right outside the front door), it was never occupied by other people- like your own personal pool! And if you want the beach (which you can see from the balcony), it takes only a few minutes to walk there. There are tons of restaurants and stores minutes from here- you are right where you need to be! The owners of the unit are extremely friendly and accommodating, and are available to help out with any issues that you may encounter. Not to mention that we were able to have our two dogs stay and enjoy the vacation with us! We would definitely come back to stay here in the future, and almost thought of purchasing one of the other units as a holiday home!
