The condominium has been decorated to perfection, offering a full-service kitchen, a master bedroom with a queen bed, a set of bunk beds in the hallway that is great for kids and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom and living room come with TVs and DVD players. Located on the first floor with a beach view and a bay view. Just a short walk to the beach.
By staying in our condo and enjoying the natural beauty of the area, you're in for a relaxing vacation you won't forget. Navarre Beach is a wonderful place to create memories to last a lifetime! Friends coming along and need more room? Ask about our adjoing condo within walking distance.

My family and I (2 adults, 6 year old and 3 year old) rented the condo for Easter weekend. Upon arrival the unit was extremely clean and well furnished. All of the furnishings are in great condition, showed minimal wear and were clean. The kitchen was stocked with very nice appliances that appear new; an osterizer blender, nicer model Mr. Coffee coffeepot, a rice cooker, tons of silverware, plenty of plates, cups, bowls, and ice cream bowls, along with gadgets (can opener etc.). The photos of the bedroom and bunks are accurate. The unit is in a nice complex with a pool and we had an unobstructed view of the dunes and sound waterfront area. Because the island is so narrow we were able to go to the beach and if it was windy on the ocean side we simply crossed the road and went to the sound side to play and swim and vice versa. This beach is exactly what I had been craving, extremely non-commercial beautiful white sand, natural dunes with sea grass and small shells to collect. The water was a beautiful green blue, swirled with darker blue, the sky gorgeous, weather beautiful. The beach was uncrowded while we were there and there is a big sandbar on the ocean side (right across the road from the condo) where we all (including the little ones) could walk out quite far without being too deep in the water. We were pretty close to the bridge going back to the mainland where all of the stores were, which meant anything last minute was no problem. The National Seashore is just a few miles in the other directin and is really beautiful and unadorned. I was able to hook up my laptop to internet through a cable (just to check in...). What else? Owner is easy to contact and responded promptly to my questions while I was in condo. There are a few beach accessories under the bunk beds if you show up without. It was my childrens' first trip to the beach and we had a wondeful time, we will be back for certain.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at this unit in July, 2011 and it was not only beautiful but everything was as expected. The owner was great! We would recommend staying here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
