This cozy North-end meadow location provides easy access to The Sea Ranch’s 18-hole golf course, cliff trails, and ocean beaches. This home features two bedrooms with queen beds, a long window seat in the master, and one nearly 4 feet deep luxury couch that can sleep 1 adult or 2 children. The home includes two full baths, front and back decks with plenty of seating, and a hot tub. Walk to the golf pro shop or the Gualala beach, enjoy the fire, then relax in the hidden hot tub or sit on the porch and enjoy the views. This is the most wonderful Sea Ranch House I've been too and I've been in many over the years. You have ocean view on one side and meadow on the other. Very private. The house has very comfortable living room with several great places to sit. It also has great lights for reading which is important to me and many Sea Ranch houses lack. The kitchen is well stocked with modern equipment. The bedrooms and the bath rooms are also great and comfortable. The house is very clean and has a great ambiance! The location lends itself to fabulous walking in either directions. OK, so I love this house:))Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We have been vacationing at The Sea Ranch for nearly 20 years; last year we were lucky enough to buy a place of our own so we could come up whenever we wanted. We love the house, its location and most definitely enjoy sharing The Sea Ranch with others.
Why the Owner Chose Gualala:
We love the breathtakingly beautiful environment at The Sea Ranch. The wildlife is ever present, often viewable from the comfort of the home. We see deer, wild turkeys, fox, bobcats, whales, sea otters, a variety of birds and more. The area is serene with miles of hiking along the ocean cliffs and beaches. Time spent at The Sea Ranch is always healing and rejuvenating.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Relax in the hot tub or take a nap in the sunshine on the window seat. Enjoy viewing wildlife right out the window. The biggest decisions of the day are what to read and which view do you want to enjoy: ocean or meadow. Our location is 5 minutes by car to the Gualala shopping/restaurant district, yet it seems removed from hustle and bustle. Absolutely lovely.
