Club Riviera is the perfect water front property for relaxing poolside in Key West. The oversized pool and jacuzzi are both heated with LED lighting. Comfortable lawn chairs span the spacious deck. The more adventurous guest may enjoy fishing from the dock, kayaking, paddleboarding or boating down the deep water canal which is direct access to the open water of the Atlantic. A canoe and 2 kayaks are left for your use and are a great way to explore the famous Key West Salt Ponds. Kids and adults alike spend many hours playing put put on the three hole putting green poolside. If you feel like entertaining cook up fresh fish or steaks on the outside barbecue. A full size fridge will keep your drinks cool while you unwind at the outside bar or more formal table for 6. Iguanas, geckos, birds and other wildlife are seen almost daily. The brand new fully equipped master chef's kitchen with eating bar allows easy meal preparation and entertaining. A personal chef can be arranged if guest requests. The sun room boasts a second bar in the very popular key west art deco motif.
There is a large master bedroom with spa like bathroom with deep tub with jets and rainshower jets in shower. The second two bedrooms each have queen beds and a flat screen with a bathroom to share. Wifi and cable are throughout the house. Daily housecleaning can also be arranged by request of guest.
The best part of a house in Key West is your proximity to the city. The island is only 2 by 4 miles and can easily be discovered by car, scooter, bike or foot. Several bikes are also left for your convenience. About the owner: I have been enjoying the Keys since growing up with my family and now spending time with my family fishing and watersports. I have had a larger place in Summerland Key #181611 for sometime and have recently purchased and renovated this house because of our new found love of Key West.
