This home is situated on 20 acres of fabulous meadows, gardens and trees overlooking the York River where you can kayak, canoe, and fish.
The house offers a fully-furnished and applianced large country kitchen, a laundry area, 3.5 baths, a dining room, a family room, a grand living room with fireplace, a den with fireplace, a screened porch, a patio, and wraparound porch overlooking the York River.
There's a total of 6 bedrooms with beds to sleep 11 people. 2nd Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 double beds). 3rd Floor: 3 bedrooms (5 single/twin-size beds). Winter rental also available (Oct. - May).

If you are a golfer there are a number of courses within a 15 to 20 minute drive, The Ledges and the Cape Neddick Golf Course are in York.
You are 15 minutes from Portsmouth, N.H., 1 hour to Boston, 45 minutes to Portlland, Maine. Live theatre in Portsmouth, many, many fine restaurants, and shopping.

About: This home is in the second generation of family caring for this historic property. Summers were spent here working the land, and enjoying the peaceful exploration of all that goes on at a farm. Most grew up in the city so it is described as a welcome contrast to their busy lives.
