Lovely 1 bedroom Suites, 1 & 2 bedroom Duplex Units, and 3 bedroom Vacation Rental Houses. Close to beach, river and downtown Broadway Street. Whether you are planning a romantic get-away or a family reunion, you will find accommodations to fit your needs. This listing outlines number of bedrooms and baths for our 3BR house #1.
Luxury Suites are 3 diamond AAA approved and have full kitchen, dining area, living room w/sofabed, bedroom w/queen bed, and bath with either shower or jetted tub with shower. Two TV's, two VCR's w/FREE movie rental, two phones w/FREE local calls. Beautiful 20 foot decks for each suite. Many added touches to make your stay more enjoyable such as luxury linens and towels, extensive bath amenities including two terry robes & slippers, hair dryer, iron and board, complimentary coffee (fresh beans w/grinder), teas, cocoa, popcorn, candy, cookies, other snacks (restocked daily), and much more for your comfort. Suites are designed for couples. Maximum of 2 adults. Our 1BR Duplex units will accommodate 2 adults or families up to 4. Our 2BR Duplex unit can accommodate families up to 5. Rent the entire duplex for a total of 4 bedrooms, two kichens and 2 & 1/4 baths.
Duplex and Houses offer wonderful accommodations for couples or families. These units include a fireplace and most have jetted tubs. Relax by the fire, enjoy a long walk along the Promenade, take a hike to Tillamook Head, visit many historical landmarks and sites throughout the North Coast area. Seaside offers something for the entire family. Duplex units are for families up to 4-5 (both duplex units together for up to 10) and 3BR houses will accommodate 6 adults or families up to 8. Please note that all units are for registered guests only. Rent entire rental property for 20-26 people. Great for reunions.
All units are non-smoking and no pets allowed. We offer very nice accommodations that are spotlessly clean and well maintained. We own all units and are not an agency.
