  We recently returned from a wonderful two-week vacation in St. Maarten. Our condo was very much like the pictures indicated and the descriptio provided; very clean and spacious. The modern kitchen had all the amenities; the large balcony has a view of the pool and marina nearby. There is a supermarket right across the street, bakeries and a pharmacy nearby. Kin Sha Beach is about 5 minutes away. Many fine restaurants are very conveniently located within walking distance. The property has security guards 24/7 and the grounds are very well maintained. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and responds promptly to enquiries. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Enjoyed eating at Zee Best, Crave and Bavarian restaurants right across the street, Le Sucriere Bakery for wonderful pastries.

  We stayed in St.Maarten for 3 weeks at this unit. We have been to St. Maarten a few times and found that Tiffany's unit was nice and handy for dining out the grocery store was right across the road.In fact they let us use a grocery cart to take our groceries home..It worked out great! We rented a car for the second week and it was really not necessary, the bus stop was right across the road. The unit itself is very nice,clean and modern with all the essentials. We were on the second floor and the elevator came in handy for groceries and luggage. There was not one day when you didn't see maintenance working around the units very well kept..The pool is huge for days you just need a little R&R, we were the only ones using it. We would also walk over the bridge to the Simpson Bay Beach very nice. I must say the security guards were very nice and helpful...Thank you Garry and the two other gentleman. Toppers was nice and handy for great food and Happy Hour. Tiffany the owner was fantastic, she was more than accommodating with her emails and making sure our vacation was perfect. I can honestly see why they call St.Maarten The Friendly Island. It is pretty hard place to leave and we can't wait to return.

  Another great visit to St. Martin Oct 12-21. We did have some yucky weather this time, but we were still in paradise so it was ok. We unfortunately arrived to a tease of a few hours of sun on Friday afternoon, but shortly followed by the tail end a tropical storm that brought us a few days of rain and wind. We spent a few hours without power on this trip but still no worries with the temperature in the condo. We relaxed around the condo and spent a few hours at Topper's Bar. We really enjoy our visits here and the condo is located in a great spot on the island! We were able to rent a boat after the skies cleared later in the week.The 4 of us took the boat over to the french side for a drink and quick shopping and then headed out to the sea for some snorkeling. We stopped back in Marigot for a late afternoon lunch and headed back in. Make sure if you get a sweet tooth to stop by the taste factory after 5 buy two get one free. Topper's is still our favorite litle bar - walking distance to the condo, great socializing with locals, great drinks and food! Just counting down the days until we can return!!! - THANKS

  My family and I just came back from St. Maarten after spending a week and we had a wonderful time. The condo was great. We loved the amenities and the surrounding area. We actually wanted to extend our stay for another week. We recommend this condo to anyone and their families. We plan to stay there every time we are on vacation as long as its available.

  We just got back and were extremely pleased with these accomodations. Everything is exactly as pictured and even a bit bigger than we expected. It was my husband and 2 grown boys and we had plenty of space, very clean and in great condition. As the other reviews state, very centrally located and though we had a car, we used it just during the day to explore. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Would go back in a heartbeat!

  I'm really late on my overdue review to let everyone know how great this condo is. It's centrally located in the very nice and quiet Simpson Bay Yacht club. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. The condo was very clean and had a nice location. The gentlemen working security were very nice and helpful. The convience of having a grocery store right across the street as well as several great resturants near by made the location ever better. Topper's is a great little bar to stop by for a cocktail and entertainment. There is a very clean, quiet little beach within walking distance for those who don't want to travel far. We were able to rent a boat for the day and travel over to the french side for lunch and a little shopping. Our Overall experience was A+ and we can't wait to return!

  The Sinpson Bay Yacht Club is very centrally located, clean and spacious for 4. We have stayed in St Maarten over the years and found this condo to be one of our favorites. A big plus for walking to many of the fine resturants in Simpson Bay after a day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

  We just returned from our beautiful vacation in St. Maarten. There were four of us girls who had not been to the island and we all felt it was one of the most friendly and accomodating islands we had been to. Our condo was perfect, plenty of room, beautiful kitchen and a wonder belcony with a view of the pool and the marina in the distance. It was safe and secure and the owners were more then accomodating with our requests. I would definately come back and stay.

  Wonderful Experience!! We stayed in this location with my husband and my son, we felt like we were right at home. The condo is clean, spacious, very tastefully decorated and centrally located. There is access to all nice restaurants, supermarket and bakeries. the property is in a private location with security guard, our own parking space (we decided to rent a car) but you really do not need a car unless you want to do beach hopping, and island exploring. A lot of restaurants are located within walking distance of the condo. You will find beach chairs,beach towels, kitchen equipment,etc everything to feel right at home. We visited many places in the island and we definitely struck gold with this condo. Each morning we had our breakfast on the balcony, feeling the breeze, listening to the birds, overlooking the beautiful gardens; it was truly memorable. The Owner is very responsive and will answer all your questions, very nice people and very professional. For local attractions we recommend sailing with Aquamania in Pelican Bay area for an all day charter to the beautiful island of Anguilla, and a small virgin beach island called Prickly Pear Cay for a great day sailing, and snorkeling or their amazing sunset cruise. Daily we walked to the bakery La Sucriere for freshly baked croissants and coffee, Top Carrot for fresh juices, Zee Best for a great tasty breakfast, all steps from the condo. There are 2 good size pools and 2 large lap pools. Weather was nearly perfect every day. After traveling throughout the entire island, both French and Dutch, this condo was is in our opinion the best choice for us and would definitely return!

  Just home on the weekend from a weeks stay here. The listing was bang on and this condo is central to everything. The unit was very clean, easy to get to and well maintained. What made our stay here outstanding, other than weather, our friends and the island, was dealing with the owner Tiffany. She couldn't have done more to make arranging our stay prior to, and during our vacation be great. She was very accommodating and went over and above when we had return flight issues. We can't thank her enough. We definitely recommend and repeat our vacation to the island here.

  This is a very nice condo - spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished, clean, well equipped and maintained. It has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. We very much liked the covered terrace overlooking the pool. The owners are honest, accommodating and prompt in responding to inquiries. This condo 5 min walk from a beach. A large supermarket is right across the street and there are many restaurants in a walking distance. Beware that service in these restaurants is very, slow. Car is not needed except for touring the island. There was a hot tub by the pool but it was not working during our stay. Unfortunately, the same was true for another one located in the "sister" building nearby.

  We arrived on 12/03/2011 and found a well maintained development the condo unit is located in. The interior of the unit was as well maintained. It had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The unit was located close to many restaurants, with most in walking distance. We enjoyed Toppers restaurant & Harbor Queen restaurant. They have the best ribs on the island, much better than Lee's which is next door. The weather was not as good as we would have liked, lots of rain. The pool was cold so we did not go swimming. Overall we were very pleased with the unit, location with everything as listed and more. We would go back in a heart beat.

  Stayed here Oct 2011 for 9 Days. Since I was traveling with my 3 Year Old Daughter, I requested a Friday stay until late the following Saturday night. The owners (Mrs Lee) were VERY accommodating. The Condo is brand new, very clean. Located in a perfect part of Simpson Bay. Huge Grocery Store right across the street. Beach is 2 minutes away. Restaurants all within walking distance. The place is gated and the security personnel were excellent. I have been staying in St Maarten for the past 15 years at the Pelican....I will never stay at the Pelican again. Great Place, Great Owners, Great Price. Thanks!!!

  Hello to everyone reading this review! I have been to many places in my life and this one is a keeper! Simpson Bay is a happening area! This condo unit is in perfect condition - very clean and comfy! The local neighbors were very nice and welcoming! They shared cocktails around the pool and gave many wonderful suggestions on where to eat. We walked to PineApple Pete for dinner and had the best cappicino's at Top Carrot right next door. The owners were so nice to work with and loved how honest and truthful they were. The warm classy decore made it so welcoming I will for sure stay again!

  A quick note to let you know we enjoyed staying in your condo and found it to be relaxing and peaceful! The unit is decorated so nice and is well done, thanks for sharing this with us and we hope to return again next April! We enjoyed being able to walk to so many different things from your door-step. The large pool area and the private hot tubs were enjoyed greatly as well. We did buy a new can opener as yours broke, I hope this was ok?   A quick note to tell everyone that this is great unit to rent! Our family has visited St. Maarten many times and we have founds this particular unit and its location to be a great home base when on the island. The complex is great and the pool area is very large and private. The balcony offes a nice spot for outdoor meals and for relaxing. The kitchen is well equiped and we enjoyed using it!

  I wanted to let my fellow VRBO patrons know that this condo is the real deal and is a true find on the island. The price that is being charged is very fair for what you get.
