  The room was clean. Had a great view of the marina from the balcony. Across the street is beach access. Those were the good things. No hand soap, shampoo or those little things that make travel easier. The main bed was hard, the pull out couch beds allowed you to feel every spring. Ended up closing the bed in couch and sleeping on the couch. Those were the unlivable aspects. Did enjoy Bubba Gumps down the street within walking distance.

  Owner response: Glad to hear you liked the view and the great location. Our standard starter kit includes hand soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher soap, and garbage bags. We apologize if a hand soap was missing and we are only a phone call away for matters like that. We will look into the comfort of the bed.

  We really enjoyed our stay on Maderia Beach. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need from cooking utensils to ironing your clothes. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the parking situation. We took two cars on vacation because my husband had to meet with some clients while we were in the area and we had to pay $15.00 a day to park at John's Pass. However, the staff was great, the location was great, the condo was very clean. We were advised in advanced of the parking for one vehicle only, just thought there would be additional parking close by. There was metered parking but you have to feed the meters every 4 hours.

  Nice clean Condo, with good views of waterways. When we arrived there was no kettle to boil water and the handle fell off the balcony door. We rang the office and the next day received a kettle and the door was fixed. The only downside for us was that the kettle was not electric. The coffe machine also could do with replacing as the coffee only got luke warm and I had to heat it in the microwave. Location was good as only a short walk to the shops and Boardwalk of Johns Pass, where there are plenty of reasonable eating places. You can also see the dolphins at play in the harbour and the Pelicans being fed from the fishing boats. There was a variety of Bird life to see from our balcony and we even had an Egrett come and sit on the balcony with us one morning. If you are into Alligators and Eagles visit Sawgrass Lake Park near St Petersburg, its free parking and entry. A good walk round the Boardwalks and looking carfully you may see some Alligators we were fortunate to see a 10ft one on the bank of the first lake. Overall though a very enjoyable week a nice place to stay, the swimming pool was nice and warm and the hot tub hot. I would reccommend this Condo to friends

  My husband and I had a wonderful time! The resort and condo were clean and extremely well kept. The condo we stayed in had all the amenities we needed, and the owners had open lines of communication. They responded in a timely manner to any emails and answered all questions! The resort is in a good location-walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. It has a fabulous view of the bay and the beach is easily accessible being right across the street. We definitely recommend this resort to family and friends and would stay here again!!

  Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us for a few days. We hated to leave, but hopefully we will come back again soon. The condo was just perfect and was very nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the view was just as pictured. Easy access to the beach, walking distance to historic Johns Pass with great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

  My fiance and I stayed in this beautiful condo for mother's day weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and beautifully decorated with all new appliances. The condo was just footsteps away from the beach, and near all of the major attractions in Madeira Beach. We had a great and FUN time, and we can not wait to go back again!! Christina and Jendry
