Evian is a very popular destination for many of our repeat guests, so book early to spend your vacation in this 2nd floor, 2 bedroom and 2-bath, end unit villa that has been designer decorated in a tropical decor.

The entry foyer is at ground level and then a tiled stairway leads up to a landing that opens to a cathedral ceiling greatroom. This room is beautifully appointed with an overstuffed sofa & loveseat, an armoire with TV/DVD, large windows, a wet bar, a corner dining table with seating for 4, double windows overlooking the tennis courts, and French doors to a side deck with an outdoor dining table for 4.

The adjacent kitchen, which can also be accessed from the foyer, has new stainless steel appliances, bright corner windows, distinctive brick tile countertops, a desk, and a dining/serving counter with 2 stools.

A short hallway leads to a hall bath, an alcove with a full-size washer & dryer, and the 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen-size bed plus a set of bunkbeds, a TV, and double closets. The master bedroom features a cathedral ceiling, a king-size bed, double corner windows, a TV/DVD, a large walk-in closet, and a private bath.

Evian, a popular vacation destination within Shipyard, is an oasis of serenity in itself. An old fashioned gazebo and numerous benches, overlooking the 5 acre lake with its sweeping footbridge, provide an unsurpassed view of native wildlife. The nearby olympic-size pool is open year round, and is adjacent to the 6, free and lighted, tennis courts. For the ocean lover, a 15-18 minute walk, or 5-7 minute bike ride, brings you to the plantation beach club on the Atlantic Ocean. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
