Our villa is located high on the hillside with a breathtaking view of the sea. You will have at your disposal all of the necessary amenities for a perfect vacation-and more-a lovely garden with bougainvillea and oleander, a private pool and a covered terrace with an unobstructed view of the Baie of Flamands. Listen to the surf while enjoying meals on the terrace.

This comfortable, charming villa has three bedrooms all with king-size beds. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a very large shower and two sinks. The other two bedrooms, by the pool, can be converted to twin beds to accomodate all types of sleeping arrangements. There are 2 1/2 baths. The house can sleep six people privately and comfortably, yet just two will feel cozy as well. You have the entire villa to yourself whether you rent one, two or three bedrooms.

A delightful day on St. Barths begins with breakfast overlooking the sea, and continues with, a refreshing swim, aperitifs on the terrace, a wonderful dinner and a peaceful night's sleep in a comfortable, king-size bed. Villa Affriole provides all of the comforts of home and the luxury of a vacation in Paradise!

This open style villa is within walking distance of the spectacular white sands of Flamands Beach. Flamands Beach was rated the most beautiful beach in St. Barths by Conde Nast magazine.

St. Barths is a small island, 8 square miles. A short drive from the villa will take you to a delightful boulangerie for daily pastries and a fresh baguette. Within ten minutes you can be in Gustavia with its fashion boutiques, art galleries, wonderful restaurants and the beautiful harbor. A stroll along the quai at sunset is a sheer delight.

For those who feel the need to stay in touch, the villa is now WiFi equipped.

  • A trip to St. Barths is a trip to paradise, and Villa Affriole was part of that paradise. The view from the porch is fantastic - a perfect view of the bluest sea you've ever seen! We were there in early June, but the cross breezes that this home gets made it very comfortable - I was really amazed! The villa is also very well located - a quick walk to Flamands beach, or for lunch or the spa at Ile de France; 5 minute drive to St. Jean for fabulous food, beaches, and shopping; 5 minutes to Gustavia. A perfect place for a perfect island.

  • We've been to St. Barths many times, but this last trip to Villa Affriole was the best! We spent mornings at one of the glorious beaches, then got lunch from the bakery near the villa and ate on the terrace with its beautiful view. A dip in the pool was the perfect way to finish up the afternoon! The villa's location is great for a sunset visit to Flamands beach or a quick drive to either Gustavia or St. Jean for dinner at one of the island's many fabulous restaurants. Villa Affriole was comfortable for our family of four, beautifully decorated and well maintained by a friendly, courteous staff. We can't wait to go back!
