Beautiful views of the mountains set on 10 acres. A stream runs through the property, yet the house location is near the main road for easy access during winter months. With 4 bedrooms and a bath to go with each, this home easily accomodates 8 people.
As you enter the front door, the kitchen, with elevated bar and 4 barstools, is immediately to your left. A separate door leads to the laundry room. In front of you is the wide open living and dining area with two story A-frame windows. Moving to the right of the living room you enter the Master bedroom. It has an adjoining Master bath with two vanities. Just past the kitchen and bar is the second Master. It also has it's own bath. To the right of the front door is the staircase leading to the remaining two bedrooms. One has a Queen bed, the other two Twin beds. Each has an attached bath.

In order to take advantage of the beautiful sunny skies in Colorado, our home operates on solar energy with generator backup. Individual temperature controls are available in each bedroom for your comfort.
This is a spectacular home only 6 miles outside Breckenridge town center. Also nearby are the towns of Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne (outlet shopping!). Lake Dillon offers summer boat rentals.
The location is perfect for summer biking, hiking, and river rafting or winter skiing.

This home is absolutely incredible! We just arrived last night, and were completely blown away. The pictures on VRBO not do this house justice. The location is great too, but you will want a car to get into town easily. Being away from the crowds and in this gorgeous mountain setting is indescribable. If you are looking for a luxurious home that is away from the hustle and bustle, you will love this house.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: This home is owned by two families that have been friends for over 20 years. We have a combined total of 5 children, ranging in age from 12 to 3. We live in Bonita Springs, FL (between Naples and Ft. Myers).
Why the Owner Chose Blue River:
Both families enjoy vacationing together. Recently we've traveled to San Juan, PR, New York City, and Wildwood, NJ. The location of this property was perfect for winter and summer activities....and escaping the Florida heat!
