The location this condo is amazing. Everything you need is in walking distance (groceries, ice cream, drug store, Pier 60 has tons of shows, live music and entertainment every night) and you literally walk out the front door, turn left and just a few steps away you are on Florida's Clearwater beach with its beautiful white sand! Frenchies famous restaurant and many more were just a few steps away so when we did not feel like cooking we had a huge choice in where to eat. The owners are really nice and are quick to reply with any questions or concerns. This Condo is great for all ages - something for everyone - couples or families. We will be going back for sure!!!!!! The full amount is due at the time of reservation. If you need to cancel for any reason, we refund 90% of the rent (and 100% of the cleaning fee and tax) with 14 or more days notice. If you cancel with fewer than 14 days to go, we refund 75% of the rent and 100% of the cleaning and tax.

Violation of either of these gives the owner the right to evict guest with NO refund. The owner and/or land trust is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur within the unit 206 or the property (La Sal Suites), and guest waives the right to take any legal action against the owner and/or land trust. Check-out time is 11am. Check-in time is 2pm.
