Jacuzzi tub and double headed shower surrounded in tumbled marble, Viking appliances, granite countertops, gas cooktop, marble floors, hardwood cabinets, ice machine for the beach cooler, a dining room table that seats 8 with 4 additional at the bar.
This condo is a great place for a family to use alone or to share with friends. It is a second home and we invite you to use it as your own. You will feel at home with all the 'extras' that you would not normally find in a rental unit. No need to pack up your porta-crib we have that too.
The only problem you'll have is leaving!

THIS WAS OUR 5TH YEAR COMING TO DESTIN. OUR 4TH YEAR STAYING AT VC. AND OUR 1ST YEAR BEING IN YOUR CONDO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR HOME ! THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT WE NEEDED IN THE CONDO, SINCE WE RENT FOR 2 1/2 MONTHS INWHICH WE DO ALOT OF COOKING AND OUR OWN CLEANING, AND 360 BLUE MADE SURE THAT THESE ITEMS WERE SUPPLIED TO THE HOME. WE HAD READ IN PREVIOUS REVIEWS THAT THE REFRIDGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND WE HAD HOPED THAT THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED OR FIXED PRIOR TO OUR ARIVAL, UNFORTUNATLY, IT WAS NOT. WE EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM AS PREVIOUS RENTERS. WE CALLED 360 BLUE AND THEY BROUGHT IN A 2ND FRIDG, AND NOTIFIED A REPAIR MAN TO FIX IT. WE STILL HAD THINGS FREEZE. MY THOUGHT IS TO REPLACE IT, I'M AWARE OF THE VIKING ISSUES THOUGH OUT THE BUILDING. WHILE WE WERE THERE, 360 CALLED TO SEE IF WE WOULD BE OKAY WITH A CLEANING COMPANY TO COME IN AND CLEAN THE FLOORS/CARPET AND WE WERE FINE WITH THIS. WE REALIZE AND IT IS VISABLE OF THE WEAR AND TEAR THAT A RENTAL UNIT CAN TAKE. NOT ALL RENTERS ARE ALIKE, AS IT IS WHEN OUR GRANDCHILDREN COME TO STAY, WE COVER THE COUGH WITH A BED SHEET, SO THE STICKY LITTLE FINGERS DON'T GET ON THE FURNITURE IT IS OBVIOUS, THAT THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE IS BECOMING QUITE WORN AND USED,AS YOUR CONDO IS RENTED/BOOKED PRETTY WELL, BUT IS EXTREMLY COMFORTABLE! THE VIEW FROM OUR WINDOWS/DOOR, IS BREATHLESS TO SAY THE LEAST. THE CONVIENCE OF SHOPPING CENTERS CLOSE BY IS A PLUS. AND JUST THE FACT THAT WE CAN COME TO YOUR HOME AND GET AWAY FROM 4FEET OF SNOW, MAKES OUR LIVES SO MUCH GRANDER. OUR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN LOOK FORWARD TO OUR STAY AT VILLA COYABA YEAR AFTER YEAR. OUR PLAN IS TO RETURN AGAIN TO YOUR CONDO TO BRING IN ANOTHER NEW YEAR.!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed the week of 9/17/11 and enjoyed the vacation very much. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable and very clean. The location was superb - close to the pool, the beach, and stores. Underground parking is nice and I really did see dolphins swim by one morning. It was nice to be on the first floor, next to the fitness room and the hallway and elevator to the garage, we plan to visit again! We had one rainy day and enjoyed visiting Seaside that day.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
