3 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom 3-story townhome located on the beautiful island of Wrightsville Beach, NC.

The setup is as follows...
Owner's storage is on bottom level. Living area, kitchen and half-bath are on second level. Laundry located in half-bath. The living area features a walk-out balcony on the water side overlooking the boat ramp and ICW causeway. Great for watching the sunset! Bedrooms and full-baths are on third level. Full baths are complete with spacious walk-in showers. The master suite has it's own private full bath, a king size bed and walk-out balcony. One of the guest rooms has a king size bed and the other offers two twin beds.

Enjoy great views of the marsh, the ICW, and the causeway! Right next to the boat landing! Short bike ride to the beach, park, restaurants and shopping!

Availability:
Available for weekly rental only. Check-in is Saturday after 4:00p.m. Check-out is Saturday by 10:00a.m. Linens and kitchen ammenities are not included, but can be provided for an extra charge if requested. Rates & availabilty are subject to change. Reservations can be made by e-mail.

Reservation Fee & Advance Rent Payment:
A $40 (plus tax) non-refundable Reservation Fee will be charged to each reservation and disbursed upon receipt of your Advance Rent Payment. After making your reservation we will send you an RENTAL AGREEMENT that must be SIGNED and RETURNED with a 60% ADVANCE RENT PAYMENT by the cancellation date. Once we have received your payment and signed lease, we will send you a CONFIRMATION. If you are concerned that your Advance Rent payment may not reach us in time, please call to verify its receipt prior to the Cancellation Date.

Damage Deposit:
Tenants will be held liable for any and all damages resulting from their occupancy. A 7% Damage Deposit will be added to your final balance. Any charges billed to you must be paid immediately or future rentals will be denied. Your Damage Deposit, after deducting actual damages, will be refunded within 45 days of departure. Any extra services ordered (sheets, towels, kitchen supplies, etc.) must be requested and applied at the time of your reservation. These charges cannot be billed after you go home.

Balance:
The balance due on your rental must be paid (in US funds) at least 14 days prior to arrival. We accept cash, certified funds, travelers' checks, money orders, and personal checks. Any check returned unpaid by the bank for any reason will incur a $30 Return Check Fee. Reservations made within 2 weeks of arrival must be paid in full by cash or certified funds. No personal checks accepted at check-in or less than 14 days before arrival. Tenant will be responsible for payment of taxes applicable at time of occupancy.

Occupancy:
The occupancy limit of this property is designated in the description as SLEEPS. Only infants who sleep in cribs are not counted in the total occupancy. This unit is rented for family vacations and/or business travel only. We rent to responsible adults over 25. NO SORORITIES, FRATERNITIES, CHURCH GROUPS, WEDDING RECEPTIONS, "HOUSE PARTIES", "SPRING BREAK" PARTIES, or other such groups are permitted unless pre-approved by the owner at time of reservation. Requests must be in writing. If your request is approved, a substantial Damage Deposit will be required. A rent increase may also be required.
Overcrowding, misrepresentation or subletting is grounds for eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid and furthermore, may be dealt with under the 'defrauding an innkeeper' provision of North Carolina law. We reserve the right to enter any rental property to inspect for violation of rules.
