Attractive and well-kept, our well-furnished 2 Bedroom / 1 bath beach block duplex is a short walk to the beautiful 38th Street beach. If you like volleyball, it’s an added bonus because the 38th Street beach has numerous volleyball courts ready for your endless summer enjoyment.
Accomodations include air conditioning, washer/dryer, cable, DVD, wireless internet access and a fully supplied kitchen with a dishwasher. The front porch offers you shady cool breezes in the morning as you enjoy your coffee and watch other friendly tourists walking, jogging or bicycling past the house. The backyard offers you relaxing sunny mornings and shady afternoon’s after coming home from the beach. Sit down at the backyard picnic table and enjoy outdoor cooking using the gas grill. You will know its summer when you come off the beach and use the closed-in, hot/cold outdoor privacy shower.
You’ll be centrally located within easy walking distance to the Acme supermarket, WaWa, 7-11, Aunt B’s Ice Cream and the various stores found in the Brigantine Shopping Square. If you’re a golfer, bring your clubs and play at the 18 hole Brigantine Golf Links.
Accommodations include: queen size bed in master bedroom, second bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed and a twin bed. Overall, the unit can comfortably sleep 6 people.
Private parking for one vehicle is also provided. And, of course, the Atlantic City marina casinos are just minutes away.
Rentals are weekly or monthly, if available, Saturday to Saturday. Check in is at 2pm. Check out is at 11am.
Tenant provides towels and bed linens.

The home was very clean with everything you would need. The home was our summer place for 5 weeks and it truly felt like home. The owners were very nice and easily available. The yard was perfect for BBQs, having a cocktail and relaxing after a day at the beach. The beach is huge and a perfect walk from the home. We look forward to returning in 2013. Thanks for sharing your home with others.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

excellent place..we enjoy our 7 days stay in your house. i feel like we are in our home sweet home..very excellent location everywhere you go.We really recommend to all who want to stay in bringantine area this is a best place to stay with your family..we will come back for summer 2013.Our kids enjoying the beach over looking the dolphin rooming around the area which is an amazing happiness to them.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Cette maison est tout simplement parfaite. Propre ,chaleureuse et confortable pour ma famille.Distance à pied de la mer , nous pouvions profiter de la plage au moment souhaité.Les propriétaires sont fiables et très gentils , ils prennent soin de vérifier notre confort.Nous avons apprécier la petite cour arrière et la douche extérieur après la plage Elle situé dans un quartier tranquille et résidentiel de Brigantine.La plage est un sercret bien gardée du New Jersey.De plus, Atlanitc city n'est qu'à 15 min en voiture C'est la meilleure location que nous avons fait jusqu'à maintenant sur VRBO Nous allons sûrement revenir à cette charmante maison.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Place was very nice and clean. Really liked the deck outside. There were 3 of us and we all agreed the place could accommodate 5 people easily. Would stay again in the future!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Love this house....great condition, and so clean. What a great location, love that it is walking distance to the beach!. It was one of the best vacations we've ever had. We will be scheduling this year too.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

About the owner: Hi, my name is Terry McShane and I grew up in the great town of Barrington, NJ. Every summer, I always looked forward to going 'down the shore'. My wife Valerie and I took a leap-of-faith in 2000 and bought our shore home in Brigantine. My wife is from Liverpool, NY right outside of Syracuse where she spent most of her summers by the lakes in Upstate NY. We have four great kids who really seem to appreciate the peaceful, easy, feeling when hanging out on the beach.
