Beautiful raised beach house in an established quiet neighborhood. Everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation is a short walk away. Our home has a new kitchen, tiled floors and great lanai to enjoy the ocean breezes. Our home is on Anna Maria Island which is only 1 hour away from Busch Gardens and 2 hours away from Orlando's Disney. Come and enjoy our soft white sand and warm ocean waves.
We have beach chairs, an umbrella and an electric grill available for our guests to complete the island vacation.
Our home has all the amenities, but only steps to the sand. There arent any busy streets to cross to get to our warm warm water beach We are in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Our Sandbar restaurant has tables in the sand and is reachable with a nice ride on the free trolley. You can rent a kayak, bicycle or walk the beach without the bustle of the city. Visit our fishing village on Cortez to enjoy the fresh catch of the day. My personal favorite is on the north end of the island, the last pier - the restaurant called Rod & Reel Pier. They have the best grouper sandwich and for dinner you can choose a wide selection of fresh fish cooked any way you like it.. Since highrise buildings have been banned on the island, we have the look of "old Florida" with its lay back feel. You will never want to leave.
Join our neighbors wih a beverage on the beach to toast the golden orange sunsets. In early March the oranges and grapefruit are ready for picking from the trees next to the house to add to your breakfast .
This is our paradise and we would like to share it with you.

What a wonderful getaway. Our next visit will be our third in this great place. Walk to the beach..walk to fine dining, happy hour, & shopping.. grab the trolley to visit the upper and lower parts of the island with all of its activities. The fantastic sunsets at the end of the block are spectacular...the beach pristine. The premises perfect..Sit back and enjoy the lanua and the breeze. Everything you need is provided...you can just pack your toothbrush and clothes and move in....what a treat.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We found a jewel. We loved the island and the cottage was perfect for us. We enjoyed the spacious living/ eating area and the cool beach decor. The beach was a short stroll away on a quiet area of the island. The owner and manager we very helpful. The cottage was super clean. We made lots of wonderful memories and we can't wait to return.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
