If you want the sun, the patio is there. Relax and take it easy.
Home has brand new bathrooms and everything is modern and fresh. Loft or master bedroom bathroom has even shower for 2!
Under the patio you can barbecue and enjoy your evenings right next to the water.

This house was absolutely stress-free. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. When we walked in, I was not prepared for how nice it all would be. Just took my breath away. We had driven the island and looked at all the places around being totally satisfied we had rented the best of all. The owner was open and honest with us, answering all my questions. I would highly recommend a stay here. We're coming back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Rates
Tiki Island civic association does not allow hotel activity in the island. Thus legally you need to rent for 30 days minimum stay. Rent with minimum stay of 30 days is $ 3,500.- (per month or 30 days) For June, July and August. Other times we give a nice discount and 30 days stay for $ 2,500.- !!!!

About the owner: We like to travel overseas and see places where we have never been. We are a couple of heavy workers and enjoy simply life for change at our little house in Galveston county right at the water.
Why the Owner Chose Tiki Island:
Very convenient location and close to Galveston and Houston. But still a small, safe, friendly and quiet communtity. For us it was so nice to be next to water.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
We enjoy outdoor cooking. Staying out late in the evenings and just being lazy and looking at the water in back yard.
You forget your stress and have a totally different athmosphere here in Tiki Island, no matter where you are coming from.
