We had a wonderful time staying here. The owners were marvelous. If we had any questions, they were a phone call away and happy to help. The place very comfortable, clean and spacious. The beach was great, not crowded at all but close enough to others to satify my 16-year old daughter. My only regret is that we live just outside of Austin and can't get there more often, this is where we'd be staying if closer to home. Thank you, owners, for everything.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

You will not find a nicer, better located condo that this. It is first class, quality furnishing throughout, spotless and large. I am a former beach condo owner and pretty choosy and have rented places in the area several times. This one is the nicest one of the bunch. Owners go out of their way to accomadate. You will be more than satisfied here, I guarantee it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We spent a week in this unit as a family vacation, with three generations. The unit is exactly as described and pictured. The unit was well equipped, spacious and clean. We loved the easy beach access and wonderful mornings and evenings on the deck overlooking the ocean. The owners are wonderful to work with, easy to communicate with and very informative. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a beach-front vacation, close to shopping, great restaurants and activities. Our family hopes to return in the future!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a place we will return to. The ownes are some of the nicest people we have ever dealt with. The condo was very clean upon arrival and exactly as described. It had a well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes. There was plenty of space and a great view of the Gulf from the balcony or from the inside. Convienetly located to stores and restraunts. The number 1 advantage of this condo would be the owners. A+++++Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are both retired and have been vacationing in Panama City Beach for over 30 years. Have many friends here and children living in Fl and Ga make this a good meeting spot.

We came here during spring break with family and friends. We watched the condo here being built and liked its design.

The many benefits we have enjoyed is being close to the water. Being a smaller condo makes it less crowded. Easy access to so many activities is a plus.
