This was the easiest condo we have ever stayed in! We stay in Sandestin every summer and staying on the 2nd floor was so nice! There is a covered parking garage with elevators that take you directly to your floor. If it's raining, you don't get wet! Also, The elevators worked quickly getting us from the parking garage up to the 2nd floor! The foyer is just beautiful and has a grand piano in the front as well as plenty of seating! The room is great for a family of 3 to 4. There's a master bedroom with a full bath, a pull out sofa and another full bath nearby. The kitchen has all of the at home needs and the air worked very well. The balcony outside of this unit is HUGE! I was mostly impressed with the amount of space the vanity in the master bath had for us to get ready. Most of the time my hair dryer won't even fit but not the case here. Staying in Baytowne Wharf is the greatest idea ever because you are able to walk to about 8 different restaurants. It takes 5 minutes to get there and the night is set! You can eat and drink and walk around and shop all without getting in your car! They have cool entertaiment for children and the pool is to die for! I guess I've said enough! This condo and location won't disappoint you! Owner was Very easily accessible and kind. Happy Vacationing!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This was my first time to Destin with my teenage daughter. Not only was the Grand Sandestin itself beautiful, specifically our room was beautiful, comfortable and pictures were accurate of the property. The property manager was extremely responsive to questions I had prior to arrival as well as during my stay. Based on our wonderful experience my daughter and I are planning our trip back to the same property next year!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
