  We rented the place as we were in Barbados for a wedding. We had the downstairs unit very well equipped and on a quiet street. There is one queen bed very comfortable in one bedroom and one queen in second bedroom and also a single bed in that bedroom too. No one was upstairs. It is 2 blocks from bus and 20 minutes to grocery store. The unit is equipped with some basic staples and toilet paper, Kleenex and soap. Cheaper to take taxi from airport than have property manager pick you up. You can walk to to the beach 3 or 4 blocks away. The unit hasn't any air conditioning but always a good breeze and ceiling fans in most rooms. There aren't too many places to dine within walking distance only Charlie's Bar and Grill. Owner is excellent to deal with. T.V. has 999 stations so always something to watch and free internet access that works well. Be sure to go to the Oistins Fish Fry Friday night 20 min. walk. We would rent the place again. Photos reflect exactly how the place is and property is well maintained.

  This was my second time staying here and just like the first, I loved every minute of it. When you're here it feels like home. Couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

  Hi Ed Thanks so much for the follow up email. I wanted to extend my thanks on behalf of myself and my friends for the incredible hospitality and wonderful house while in Barbados. Jonathan was nothing short of amazing and a perfect host. He's a great guy to have on your team. As a small business owner here in NYC- I'd die for an employee with his character and skill set:) Tell him we said thank you again for everything! The house was beautiful and perfect in all respects. We got to meet our downstairs neighbors who on holiday from Canada who were also a great group and super nice. Waves were fun, my girlfriend had fun surfing at Freights, and it was super relaxing. I'll check and see if I can leave some feedback or thoughts on the rental and be sure to let my friends and family know about the rental property for their upcoming trips.

  The house and everything that came with it was perfect. Jonathan was very helpful and more than accommodating, he answered every question we had and went out of his way to make our stay perfect.   The location is perfect, with easy access to Oistin and several beaches. We had 4 couples (us, 3 children + spouses and 2 grandchildren), 2 couples and grandchildren were upstairs with 2 couples downstairs. We used the main floor kitchen and dining most of the time and there was plenty of cooking utensils, etc. The manager was quite helpful in getting us settled and answer questions. The rooms were adequately furnished with the only negative being the quality of the kitchen drawers. Oistin Fish Fry is a must to attend on Friday night. Miami Beach is great was great for the grand kids, as was Dover and Accra, however the beach directly West of the house was quiet. We managed to get around mostly using local transportation, but rented a car for 3 days to visit some sights that were more distance such as East Coast, Crane Beach and the Wildlife Refuge.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  This villa is located in a great place with the best price. The villa was very clean and well maintained. The beach was amazing too. Thank you Mia's Bajan Villa for a true relaxing Bajan experiance. Cant wait to go back for a golfing trip!! Cheers,

  I just wanted to let you know myself and my party had a lovely stay at your stunning villa last month and I would definately recommend it to anyone that I know who is thinking of visiting the Barbados!! It was great to go somewhere that actually looked like the pictures, and with it being so close to the beach, also was an added bonus!! Jonathan also took great care of us while we where there and was always available if we needed any assistance, as well as calling to check up on us every now and again!!
