  loved everything about the cottage and the beach club! Everything about the cottage was just exactly as described and more. The cottage was absolutely grand with so many amenities..the beauty of the decor, the size of the cottage, the lanai, the pool...what's not to love? The kitchen was fully stocked and anything that you might need to run out and get was close by. The beach club and the cottage were well maintained beyond my expectations. We never even made it to the actual beach club because everything you need is right there at the cottage and the beach. I felt like the owners opened up their home to us with the best of the best and were very easy to communicate with from beginning and throughout. This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed..just wonderful! Thank you again for making a much needed vacation enjoyable and relaxing.

  The property was outstanding! Had a home away from home feel that made my family feel relaxed and comfortable. I would strongly recommend this location to any family that wants to be close to the action yet have the ability to get away from hustle and bustle. Looking forward to our next opportunity to visit.

  After spending many summers over the past decade at Beach Club, this cottage has given us our best vacation here yet! The cottage is spacious with inviting, comfortable furniture and plenty of extras. The property offers a variety of condiments in the fridge, spices in the cabinets, and pool/beach toys on the patio. We actually could have left all our pool noodles and boogie boards at home! The sound system, including XM radio, an iPod dock, and outdoor speakers, was a pleasant surprise. Having access to the owners' golf cart was really convenient for toting all our stuff to the beach every day and for quick trips for ice cream! We loved having the grill and the abundance of patio furniture to enjoy meals outside. The massive televisions and DVD players in each room were nice, too. This cottage, by far, has been the best one in which we've stayed. We could not have asked for a better setup for our annual family beach trip. We definitely plan to come back to cottage 25!

  We are more than pleased with our most recent stay at cottage 25. This is our 5th time and it delivers everytime. We have 3 children under 4years of age and it is IDEAL for them AND us. My husband and I love the master suite, the proximity to the beach, all the activities at the Beach Club, the pool in the backyard (perfect for when the kiddos are napping) and the "home away from home" set up. Our kids love the golf cart and make up all sorts of adventures to undertake with it. They love all the bunnies and turtles, the fabulous playground, the plethera of pools, the ice cream shop, game room and of course tv's in all the bedrooms! Thank you for this incredible vacation/escape that consistently delivers!!! BTW... just read recent review about roaches/ants.... NEVER in all our visits have we seen a one!!!! Not sure what thats all about.

  I'm not sure where all the bugs went but we never saw a bug our entire stay. The place was absolutely great! My family and I loved cottage 25 and it was as wonderful as advertised. Having the pool was fantastic, our three kids used it all the time. Dealing with the Ralph was so easy and he was very helpful with everything. Would stay at cottage 25 again in a heartbeat! Thanks for everything Ralph, it was well worth our 16 hour drive from Indiana!

  Aside from the ants in the kitchen, roaches in the bathroom and dirty carpets it was what we expected.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We do have a contract with Terminex and have never seen ourselves nor had any bugs reported by our guests before.   Had an opportunity to stay in cottage 25 for three nights on a scouting trip for a July family vacation. Cottage has everything you could possibly need including wifi internet. Have stayed at Beach Club in condos many times and Cottage 25 and renting from Ralph is far superior to any condo experience for this traveler. It is exactly like staying at a friends house while they are out of town. Looking very forward to our 9 nights in July

  We enjoyed our week in the Beach Club cottage. The cottage was perfect for our vacation week. It was very clean and well furnished. It had evything we needed. We spent a lot of our time in the patio area. We highly recommend this rental.
