The last owner bought it as a 'ruine' and made a miracle ( 2000) by successfully marrying the charm of the ancient with the modern of materials. Since we bought this property in 2004 we never stop to continue to modernize into a fantastic house with all the modern conveniences of today.

The house is situated on the edge of the very friendly ' Provencal Village of Grans. 20 mn from Marseille Provence Airport and 30 mn from Aix TGV railway station. This is an 'authentic' village with excellent butchers and bakeries, a fruit and veg shop with beautiful and fresh produce, a small general store, a newspaper shop, hair salons, pharmacies, cafes.
The house is located in the village, far enough to enjoy the silence and close enough to walk to the boulangerie, the food shops or the post office. Or 10 mn drive to the tennis courts, swimming pool, the outdoor market, and other important stops.

About the owner: We are a familly with two kids ( 9 & 15) and we leave in Dominican Republic since 19 years. We have bought these charming property in 2004 because we love Provence and we wanted our kids to know France ( we are French and both of our kids were born in DR.
