We absolutely LOVED the shower-I want one just like it at home! Everything was great. We left a couple of nice beach chairs in the closet that others can use when they visit. Our first experience with VRBO and if they all are this good it will not be our last. Everything ran smoothly from arrival until we departed 2 weeks later. The condo is exactly as advertised and the location was great. I would, and have, recommended this to friends. Debbie was very easy to contact while we were on Maui and very helpful when we needed her. We especially enjoyed the lanai. The pool was a good size and well maintained. Location is central to shopping and eating out. We will be back for our next Maui vacationRecommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

I was fortunate enough to stay at Debi's wonderful condo in August 2012. From contacting Debi, booking the condo and finally arriving, everything was completely seamless. Debi's description of the condo and location was only a small glimpse of what a true gem this place is. The condo complex is very quiet, well manicured and people are extremely friendly. You can not beat the location since the grocery store and downtown Lahaina are minutes away. We mostly ate breakfast at home and grilled once during our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked so making our meals was very easy. Parking is located right next to the condo and there was never an issue finding a spot. We really enjoyed the small beach and the snorkel ladder was awesome. Here is a list of places we went visit during our stay and would recommend, Ritz Carlton Spa, Pacific Whale Foundation snorkel cruise, Royal Hawaiian Surf Academy, Eco Adventures Kaanapali Zip Line, Times Supermarket, Ululani's Shave Ice We had such an amazing trip and can't wait to come back.With no hesitation we would rent this condo again. Thank you!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Great getaway for us. Went to relax before attending a conference. Condo pictures are accurate. Liked eating on the Lanai. Went snorkeling and saw a lot of turtles close to shore as well as a lot of colorful fish. Very nice cozy beach. Then we went to the Hyatt. for the conference. Hyatt was 3X the cost. Condo has ceramic coffee mugs, Hyatt has paper cups, no coffee pot, no microwave. However they both have soft close toilet seats. Given a choice we would have stayed at the condo the entire visit. We will keep his place on our listRecommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Just fabulous! I loved sitting on the couch or the lanai and watching the ocean waves! The condo was very comfortable and quiet. Beautiful property and the gardens have amazing flowers! The light switch quit and the owner was very prompt in getting it repaired right away. Definitely go into the little town nearby for fresh fish and veggies, then a little farther into Lahina for great shops and restaurants. Thanks for a lovely time!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is the best place to stay for location, appointments in the condo, view, landscaping, close to beach and turtles. Great pool and people are able to grill which provides opportunities to meet new people. Great place.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Excellent location, fresh fish market and supermarket within 1/2 mile. Owner easy to work with and makes it simple to rent. Washer dryer in unit is great. Laundry detergent and spices/ condiments are a nice touch. Community bbq'd are immaculate, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend to anyone.Owner response: Glad to hear our guests are enjoying their stay! Mahalo!!

Hi Debi - We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at your lovely little condo in West Maui. We bbq'd every night. Beautifully maintained grounds. Wonderful beach out front with lots of honu (turtle) sightings. Great ocean view from the lanai, where we ate all our meals. Bought great fruits and veggies at the local farmers market down the street. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Thanks again for making your condo so comfortable and inviting. We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The condo as well as the property is very well maintained. The condo was clean and stock with everything you need. The bed was firm, just the way we like it. The location was great as we golfed at the Plantation Course in Kapalua and we visited Lahaina several times. The Aloha Rice Plate was a nice casual outdoor restaurant. The Gazebo was a cute breakfast place right on the water. (very popular, expect a wait) Cheeseburger in Paradise in Lahaina has a wonderful breakfast menu. The Feast at Lele is a great Luau. Expect to pay $140 pp with tip. 505 Front St. in Lahaina If you want discounted activities you can go directly to the Wyndham Resorts in Lahaina. If you listen to a 2 hour presentation you can get free activities and discounted activities, but negotiate that first. We didn't attend a timeshare presentation, but it is an option. The little discounted activity stands are all over Lahaina, but many are not directly with Wyndham and you won't get as good of a deal, evidently.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We loved the condo! It was beautiful, private and extremely accessible to everything! We swam with the sea turtles, made some awesome new friends, and had the vacation of a lifetime! The day we arrived in Maui, was our anniversary...an anniversary we will never forget! If we are ever able to return to Maui, we will, definitely rebook with Debi. What a lovely time! CONTRACT and AGREEMENT FOR MAUI VACATION RENTAL This contract is between Debi Martin (Owner) and_________________________,the "Responsible Party" booked from_________________ 2013 Arrival 3pm to_________________ 2013 departing NO LATER THAN 11am and occupying Condominium #314 at the Kuleana Resort located at 3959 L. Honoapiilani Road in West Maui. The "Responsible Party" is financially responsible for any loss of property or damage to property resulting from his/her or those using the condominium or guests of the "Responsible Party" during the dates above. By signing this contract, the "Responsible Party" agrees to pay for such loss or damage with their credit card provided when booking this condo or by other method agreed upon by owner and "Responsible Party". In order to stay in the condo during the above dates, the "Responsible Party" must pay the owner in advance the total amount due including Hawaii Tax of 13.25% and cleaning. The owner agrees to provide fresh linens, kitchenware, furnishings and a clean condo. The condo will be cleaned by a cleaning service at the end of each guests stay. We ask you to keep the condo reasonably clean during your stay by emptying the garbage and respecting our vacation home. Please remember to leave as much sand on the beach as possible so it doesn't end up in our condo. Please hang wet suits out to dry or put in the dryer and not on the furniture.
