  We stayed with Andrew and Heidi for 8 nights at the end of April. We enjoyed our stay and Andrew and Heidi were so accomodating and prompt with everything we needed. They are wonderful hosts! The apartment is well furnished and comfortable. A playpen was provided for us and set up upon our arrival for our son. The home is quiet and has gorgeous views of the city. The area is bustling and has plenty to see and do. The location and proximity to downtown and some major tourist attractions is great. In rush hour it only took us about 15-20 mintues to get home! Parking on the street is difficult to find; however, we always managed to find a spot, though we had to walk a few blocks at times. We would definitely stay here again and would love to one day return to Seattle! Thank you Andrew and Heidi for a wonderful vacation!

  Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children) really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful valley views to the snow-capped mountains beyond. The apartment was well-presented and very warm and comfortable, and we found Andrew and Heidi really great to deal with. The location was within easy walking distance to the University of Washington, and we found lots of good options for eating out nearby. The Woodland Park Zoo was also a short drive away. We'd recommend this property without reservation.

  We could not have chosen and better place and person to stay with. The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Andrew and Heidi were both awesome people as well..Thank you for sharing us your space , that has been very well kept, organized with everything from maps, to an umbrella to shopping bags...

  When we arrived from our 14 hour flight from Australia to LAX then nearly 3 hours to Seattle it was such a relief to find the place that we had booked over the internet looked exactly the same. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your unit for the five weeks that we were in Seattle visiting our son who is studying at Seattle Pacific University. Your well stocked unit the settling in very easy. The views to the snow capped mountains in the distance were spectacular to wake up to. The fireplace was a lovely way to relax each night after our days of sightseeing and the cold weather didn't bother us while we were inside as the unit was centrally heated. The closeness of the University Village Shopping Centre and downtown as well as Seattle Pacific University made it central for us to get to these places. It was great to meet you and thanks to both of you for making our stay in your unit so enjoyable!

  This place was absolutely wonderful to stay in. We were taking a girl's weekend but wanted to stay in a home rather than a hotel and this place is perfect for that. We were able to easily get to all places we visited and the accommodations were beautiful. Andrew and Heidi are great at returning calls or replying to emails quickly. This was an all-around-wonderful experience. Thank you so much!!

  What a perfect location! We were here awaiting the birth of baby boy Gabriel. During the weeks of waiting we fully enjoyed the city. The zoo is a quick drive away and was a hit with all of us, particularly Garrett, Paige and Matt's 2 1/2 year old. UW hospital was a quick drive away when Paige went into labor. Baby Boy!! Gabriel :-) Born March 4, 2012 at 12:34 p.m. weighing 8 lbs, 10 oz. The apartment was a perfect home away from home. We loved the fireplace and the view. Thank you!

  Thanks so much for the great apartment so close to Swedish hospital. Our main purpose was awaiting the arrival of Ryan & Tessa's little boy. He arrived 2/6/12 at 4:42 p.m. at 8 lbs, 6.4 oz and 19 inches long. Loved the apartment as it was very quiet and close to a great grocery. We also took in a few movies. We were able to drive to where our other kids and grandkids live in Bellingham and Kalama. Fun place for the generational gathering on our last night, with multiple generations all together!

  This house is a great way to spend a weekend in Seattle. It's walking distance to UW, which made it very convenient for getting to and from the game on Saturday. The view from the unit was beautiful seattle green and there is a cute lifestyle mall within walking distance. The hosts left us fresh baked cookies upon check in, and provided us with a binder full of information from site seeing to food. They were super easy to work with and the accommodations were perfect for 2 couples.

  Our family spent a few nights at this cozy retreat and loved every minute of it. It's within walking distance of the stadium and many shops/restaurants. When back in Seattle, we will definitely stay here.

  The home is wonderfully furnished and very comfortable. The owners are exceedingly accommodating and clear about all details. Centrally located to the entire metropolitan area. We'd enjoy staying again the next time we visit Seattle.

  Our 4-adult stay at Andrew and Heidi's place couldn't have been better. This home is exactly as described, with plenty of thoughtful touches to make living in a new space for a few days carefree and easy. From wooden hangers in the closets to hooks on the doors to generous shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, this was one of my all-time favorite vacation rentals. Communication was clear and easy, and the house is stocked with everything you need for a pleasurable home-base in Seattle.

  The apartment is centrally located with easy access to UW and the downtown. We stayed here for almost three weeks with two kids. We mainly walked or took the bus during our stay. Every detail was taken care of to make our stay pleasant. The apartment has a beautiful view. The washer and dryer are practically in the apartment, and eating in was a snap with all the kitchen ammenities. Highly recommend!!

  We stayed here while doing a family vacation to explore Seattle. Our family of 5 fit nicely in the home and we were a 15 mintue drive to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. The University of Washington was a fun place to explore and there were a lot nice areas to jog in the morning. There are some great parks and restaurants very close to the home, especially Ivars Salmon House! Andrew and Heidi made themselves available if we had any questions or needs. This is a perfect home for anyone wishing to explore the city without the hassle of staying downtown!

  We had a great stay at this property! Conveniently located near lots of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains from the living room windows. It was a good size for our family of 4 - our 3 yo son enjoyed having a comfy queen bed all to himself!

  My husband I spent a very lovely, quiet, comfortable evening at this perfectly appointed property near the University of Washington. We were within walking distance of the incredible University Village, where the dining and shopping are the best in Seattle. Our host and hostess were so welcoming and helpful. The accommodations were better than we had even expected. They have thought of every possible detail. We cannot wait to return for future visits to this "home away from home" and to recommend it to our traveling friends.
