  My 5 friends and I decided to take a short weekend beach trip, and this was the PERFECT place for us to stay! There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The furniture is super comfortable, perfect after a long day at the beach. It was also very clean and the kitchen is really well stocked with all of the utensils that you would need for any type of cooking. The walk to the beach is really nice and super short! And the beach itself was amazing - really big and with a nice bar and live band. And the area surrounding the condo is also really nice - very quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend staying here for a comfortable vacation! It will comfortably house a big group of friends or a family no problem! We are definitely planning on coming again, and hopefully soon!

  We enjoyed our stay at Seascape. We had a great time biking, golfing, shopping, eating, hanging out at the beach and generally relaxing here. The location was perfect for all, (our family of 6 including 4 teens) though we would have preferred warmer weather!

  We would highly recommend this condo to adults or families with teens. The 3 levels really give everyone some privacy. The owner is very helpful and returned emails/calls quickly. The front door has an entry code which is so much better than keeping track of a key at the beach. The pool was small and seemed to be filled with salt water. We did observe it being cleaned while we were there. The walk to the beach was very manageable. It was great to have use of the cabana while at the beach.

  We really enjoyed our week in Hilton Head. The condo was very spacious and we appreciated the updated bathrooms and kitchen. We also appreciated the great washer/dryer on the second floor. I would recommend having a " beach cart" to bring over to the beach to carry chairs, towels and beach gear. The pool seemed to have had a facelift as well , new furniture and landscaping. We loved all of the area restaurants, enjoyed our facials at Faces, rode bikes, rented wave runners, and above all relaxed. Thanks again for sharing your home, we brought home many great memories.

  My family and our friend's family spent a week at this condo. The description is very accurate. The place was exceptionally clean. The bunkbed room worked great for the four kids. The 3-story floor plan provided a comfortable feel and the eight of us never felt crowded. The walk to the beach was an easy one and followed a shady path. The two pools were very short walks from the condo. The grounds were nicely landscaped and the whole complex had a quiet, relaxing feel. All electronic equipment worked perfectly(TV, WiFi). Kitchen was well equipped. The only drawback was the lack of a bathroom on the main floor. That was a bit inconvenient and the reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5. We had to call the owner one time about a loose board on the back step, and he responded immediately and set up the repair. We have been home for a month now, and I wish we could go back. Perhaps soon. I would definitely recommend to others and return with my family.

  Condo was very nice and very spacious. Owner was helpful to answer any questions and kids loved the turtles in the water! The stairs to the master suite did get tiresome after a long day at the beach, but the serenity away from the kids was awesome! The bathroom showers are awesome! I only wish I could have found an outside faucet at the condo to rinse off sandy items. (The beach hose was out of order for several days, which was completely out of the control of the condo owner.) I also wanted to rinse off our bikes at the condo, but couldn't find a water faucet to do so. I would rent again from this owner and would also stay in this property again. I recommend it to larger families. We had 5 kids and two adults and had more than enough room! Thank you!

  We enjoyed our week at your condo. Plenty of room for all. Our 13 and 15 year old granddaughters and 16 year old daughter and 20 year old son enjoyed the "dorm" room. The washer and dryer kept us in clean bath towels, sooo.. nice. Everything was in great condition, the pictures left no surprises in what we expected. The owner was a pleasure to rent from, provided every detail needed, no extra taxes or costs, and communicated in a very timely manner.

  "What a great time we had exploring all the fun things to see and do on Hilton Head Island! This villa was perfect for our vacation with our extended family with its two king bed bedrooms and the bunk beds bedroom. It was updated, clean and well maintained and the owners were very prompt, helpful and were genuinely interested and cared that everything was satisfactory. The kids loved feeding the nearby turtles and fish several times a day and seeing all the wildlife. We enjoyed the nearby pool, and the beach--just a short walk away. The private cabana with restrooms was epecially convenient at the beach. We rode our bikes on the beach, on the many beautiful bike paths everywhere, to Sea Pines, to the plantation ruins, to the forest preserve to see the Indian shell ring, to play miniature golf, and to the stable/petting zoo. We drove one evening to Sea Pines to see Greg Russell. This is a great central location to take in all the wonders of nature this area has to offer. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and hope to return soon!"

  Our family had such a wonderful week in this very comfortable and spacious Sea Scape Villa. The villa was clean and very comfortable for our family of 8. The villa also has a lot of storage which made it very easy to keep everything neat and organized. The 3 different floors also allowed everyone to have privacy as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the laundry room was a wonderful feature as well. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer right in the unit, especially since days at the beach generate a lot of laundry. The owners are wonderful; very friendly and hospitable and communication was excellent with fast, helpful responses. Our family had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting Hilton Head and this villa again very soon. :)
