Enjoy a relaxing stay in this charming 4-bedroom beach house located on a quiet street 4 blocks from Sea Girt Beach and Boardwalk, 2 blocks from a park and 4 blocks from the center of town. This 2,200 square foot house has an eat-in kitchen, family room with a 42' flat screen HD TV and a living room with a wood burning fireplace and large screen TV. The 4 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 10 people include 3 BRs on the 2nd floor and one on the 1st floor, including a room with a king size bed, a room with a queen size bed, a room with 2 twin beds, and a room with bunk beds and 2 twin beds.( full size crib available in basement).
Five beach passes are included in the rental. Children under 12 do not need a beach badge. Bikes, beach chairs and towels and beach toys are also included. The house has window unit A/Cs, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a long driveway plus street parking is allowed, and an outdoor shower. Deck in private back yard for relaxing and BBQ.Over sized lot. Small Pets are allowed.
