Enjoyable luxury condo in upscale community. Treat yourself to a great vacation on beautiful Table Rock Lake near Branson, MO. Located on the quiet side of the lake, our condo is located at the water's edge in famous Ozark Mountain Resort - a heavily wooded family vacation area.
Ozark Mountain Resort offers two swimming pools, hot tub, lakefront swimming area, boat launch, activity center, tennis court, paddleboat and canoe rental, GREAT fishing, walking trails and more.
In the local Branson/Kimberling City area there are twelve championship golf courses, outstanding live performance theaters and Silver Dollar City amusement park only 12 miles away. Branson also offers many great restaurants, water parks, and GREAT shopping at Branson Landing and four outlet malls.
There are several different floor plans at Ozark Mountain Resort. Our condo is one of the newest, largest 2 BR models (smaller units are the ones that rent for less). Our condo has two large Master Bedroom Suites each with separate baths. One Master Bedroom opens to the balcony at the wooded water's edge that provides for privacy and tranquility.
The second bedroom also has a private bath with jacuzzi tub. It also has a separate outdoor entrance, and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and sink - great for friends, in-laws, and kids.
We bought this home because we love to vacation at Table Rock Lake. We want to share the great experience with others so we made this condo very affordable. There's nothing more relaxing that enjoying morning coffee on the balcony at the lake.
Ozark Mountain Resort is very hilly and some condos have many flights of stairs. There is only one short flight of stairs leading to our home and is usually not a problem for most folks unless they require no stairs at all.
Casual and comfortable best describes life at Ozark Mountain Resort. It is a safe family environment with endless things to do.
Weekly rentals only June - August.
Three night minimum nightly rates are available during other times (call for more information if desired time slots are open on short notice).
Sorry, No pets and No smoking.
Guests are subject to the Resort's rules and regulations and the Resort will fine owners for violations (i.e. no fireworks, quiet time after 10:00 PM, no throwing trash over balconies, etc). All rules are posted in unit and available for viewing before renting. They are all common sense things to protect the safety and wellbeing of all owners and guests.
Boat rentals, jet ski rentals, and boat slips are located 10 - 15 driving minutes away.

This condo was by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. It was very clean and I have high standards about this. The condo was very well stocked with everything you needed for your stay. The condo is within walking distance to the cove with a nice beach/swim area and also the smaller pool. It was very nice and relaxing, we were able to play mini golf right on the property and there is also a game room with a ping pong table, pool table and a giant outdoor chess/checker board. We have 3 children and they really enjoyed that. We will definately stay here again when we return to Branson.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed in this condo for Memorial Day weekend, we found it very clean and well supplied. The condo is also HUGE! The owners were very friendly and helpful the couple of times that we spoke. I would recommend renting this condo to anyone. Thank you.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Ozark Mountain Resort is family oriented. It offers many things to do and is a perfect vacation spot. OMR also attracts active retirees who enjoy life at the lake. Only a few condos are rentals - most are used exclusively by owners which maintains the high standards of the complex. It is clean - beautiful, and unmatched for the price.
