Nestled on a half acre of privacy just twenty minutes from Provincetown is a perfect little cottage for rent. We are located on a dirt road surrounded by birds, bushes, and the warmth of the Cape sun. Also, located one-half mile from the bay beaches and two miles from the ocean beaches. Coast Guard Beach in Eastham has been named as one of the top twenty beaches in the USA! If you stay long enough, you might just discover the back path to watch the sunset at the bay beach.
The cottage is newly renovated and contains two bedrooms; one with a queen-size bed, and the other with twin beds. There is a full-size bath with a tiled shower inside and a wonderful outdoor shower with hot and cold water next to the deck. The house is comfortably furnished, has ceiling fans in every room, a brand new, fully-equipped kitchen, a TV/VCR, and stereo.
We love our new vacation home and want to offer it to people like ourselves who will take care of it and who will appreciate the peace, beauty, and abundance of the Cape.
