  After a long exhausting summer writing my new novel World Cup Soccer in the Middle East; my wife and I needed some rest and relaxation. This was the perfect home-away-from home to rejuvenate. The Fortress is strategically located to the tip of Saint Lucia overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean.   WOW.......... Our stay here was indeed everything I hoped it would be and more. My wife and I vacationed in St. Lucia for a little over two weeks and I must say, choosing The Fortress Suites was definitely one of the best ideas for this vacation we could have made. For us, a major part of our trip was to have a place to stay that was relaxing, comfortable, convenient, and not far from the sights and activities we were interested in. The Fortress suites accomplished this for us. The location is great, not far from dining, beaches, sightseeing, golf and shopping. Coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise and breathtaking view is an exceptional attribute that we will never forget. The hospitality was also excellent. As advertised, we were picked up from the airport and taken to The Fortress Suites. Keith and Diane made sure that our stay was beyond our expectations, and our ability to move around with the provided vehicle was a definite plus. Finding our spots of interest was a breeze, and everything needed was available and provided. We really loved our stay. When visiting St. Lucia, whether for vacation, business or other, I would highly recommend the Fortress Suites in Cap Estate. To Keith and Diane, thank you. This was one of the best vacation experiences we have had, and it would not have been possible without your hospitality and our stay at your wonderful property.

  Owner response: Diane, the Management team and I have made information available 24 hours a day, on our 32" HDTV and mini desktop computer in both villas. Our clients can choose from the many activities close to and far from the property. A natural choice is golf, as the property overlooks the biggest golf course on the island. Daily sunrise and sunsets are also natural, as the property is flanked by the Atlantic Ocean on the East and the Caribbean Ocean on the West. Diane and I welcome all to create their own excitement ,or just to relax and rejuvenate.

  The first view of the accommodation was breath taking and everything went up hill from there. The bedrooms were spacious and exquisitly decorated. The living area was more than adequate with charming fixtures and fittings. The kitchen area was vast, with all the modern appliances. The views from our balcony were INCREDIBLE ! Cap Estate, where the accommodation is located, is very peaceful. On a number of occasions we took a walk out at dusk to watch the sun set and always felt safe. For getting about, the use of the provided vehile was invaluable, allowing us to explore the whole of the island without inconvenience. Keith and Diane were very welcoming hosts with initial tips and advice about the area and island. After that they left us to enjoy our holiday and we only saw them if we contacted them. A truly amazing location with fabulous people. We cant wait to go back again.

Airport pickup and return of our clients is also free of cost, and the welcome beverage is a surprize.   My wife and I stayed for four nights at The Fortress. It was so wonderful we never wanted to leave the property. Keith and Diane attended to our every need and their suggestions for restaurants were extremely helpful. The views are just spectacular from the veranda. We look forward to returning to this little piece of heaven.
