2. Terms of Payment
An immediate deposit of around 25% of the total rate is required to book the condo. The owner will email the guests the exact amount due. This deposit is refundable up to 3 weeks before check in.
3. Mode of Payment
You pay pay through i) PayPal; ii) International Wire Transfer; iii) Local Bank Deposit; iv) Remittance; v) Moneygram; vi) Western Union.
Ounce you select your mode of payment you will receive the corresponding information.
4. What You May Expect From Us
At your arrival we will offer you the following:
Fresh mattress covers + bedsheets. Four clean towels. Two bathroom tissue rolls (one for each bathroom). Four medium size mineral water bottles. Ten large trash bags. Hand wash liquid. Washing liquid for kitchen utensils. Cleaning materials
We are responsible for changing all -------ns when applicable and our guests take the charge of replenishing household needs for the continuation of their stay. At the end of their stay guests may depart with all the household goods they purchased.
Cleaning of the unit and Trash disposal
When guests stay 10 nights+ we offer one free cleaning service with change of bed sheets and towels. For those staying 14 nights+ we will clean the unit for free, with complete change of -------n, once a week.

Since our family home is close to our condo we offer quick response to any urgent help you might need.
5. What We Expect From Our Guests
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo or within building premises.
OVERNIGHT STAY: People other than those formally approved by the building administration may not stay overnight in the property. The building management will not allow this for security reasons. Any additional person to sleepover must be made known to the owner in advance so that a supplementary staying permit may be granted. Your security is our top priority.
VISITING GUESTS: There is no limit to how many guests can visit those staying at the unit. However, the unit can only contain so many people at one time. An average of 10 people at one time looks like enough. Do take note that this is a residential place and no noisy parties should be held in the unity. The security guards patrol the buildings and will report any noise disturbances. They also have the right to intervene if they feel other residents are being affected by such noise.
PERSONAL SAFETY: Guests are responsible for their own personal safety. The owner of the condo and staff of the building are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
CONDO KEYS: Two sets of keys are handed to guests at check in. Other than the guests the owner is the sole person holding a spare key which is locked up secretly at his home. The maids who come to clean the condo do not have access to this spare key and they will only clean the unit if someone is present. Thus, the owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
CARE OF OUR CONDO: Guests are expected to keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
Pets are not allowed. Take note, some condo owners keep pets and guests might see them. However, for hygiene and clean-------ss purposes, this unit does not accept pets.
USE OF TOWELS: Guests may use the towels when going to the swimming pools. However, we only change the towels once a week. We suggest you bring beach towels for use at the swimming pool. Loss of our towels will request a payment of 250 PHP per towel loss. We will not accept other towels to compensate for loss. This is because we need to guarantee that the replacing towel is the same quality as the lost one.
BATHROOM: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet unit. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. Kindly check for possible water leaks while using the facilities and alert the owner immediately. Or else, enjoy your stay!
