This is a Gulf-front condominium complex on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex has an adult swimming pool, kiddie pool, and a large deck area around the pool for lounging, barbecue grills and snack bar. The complex is equipped with coin-operated washers and dryers on even-numbered floors.
The complex is located in the heart of Panama City Beach within walking distance to Club La Vela and Spinnaker Club, near shopping, golfing, and other amusement centers. The complex is a family atmosphere, with an age restriction of 25-years-old for singles which is strictly enforced. The unit is a non-smoking one, however, there are areas just outside the unit where smoking is permitted.
This is a Gulf-front unit with views of the Gulf and swimming pool area. This is an odd-numbered unit with even-numbered units facing the new condominium development and the parking lot area with limited Gulf view. The unit has two queen-size beds and a queen-size futon couch in case extra sleeping area is needed. It has a kitchen with full-size appliances, dining table with four chairs, bathroom with tub/shower, and separate walk-in closet. The telephone in the unit is a private line for local calls, so the customary fifty cents per local call is not charged.

My family comes to this condo every year since we discovered it. Clean, great owner communicaiton, and close to every activity available. My son & his family have stayed here as well. I highly recommend it to those looking for a very decent place for a fair price. The pictures provided are very representative of this condo, but don't quite show it's charm or feeling of comfort. Fishing, shopping or beach activity - all right in the back yard. We'll be here again next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway.
