This unit is located on Monterey Country Club Golf Course. Our condo has a great location with a spectacular view from the extended patio and is bright, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The condo faces south and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying both the sunrise, the sunset and mountain views. Relax by either of the two pools and soak in the either of the adjacent spa’s - just steps away. We are also located near shopping and many restaurants for dining out, across the street from the Palm Desert City Park Complex, just minutes from El Paso, “The River” and numerous public golf courses. Easy access to excellent hiking and mountain trails.
The patio is equipped with a large built-in barbecue and comfortable furniture for outdoor relaxing and dining.
Walk to the Palm Desert Street Fair held on Saturdays at the College of the Desert.
Master has a king-size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom.
Second bedroom has two twin beds that can be configured as a king bed.
Third bedroom acts as a den/TV room with a convertible couch.
Full second bathroom.
The rental includes linens and in-suite laundry. Time Warner cable and wireless is provided and the kitchen appliances have been updated including a new gas range.
Monterey Country Club is a private gated community with guards on duty 24/7, patrolling 375 acres of homes and golf course greens in the heart of Palm Desert, centered in the Coachella Valley near Palm Springs. The landscaping is excellently maintained with beautiful seasonal planting of flowers and shrubs, mature trees and well-kept lawns. The grounds offer spectacular views of mountains, lakes and rolling greens.

Great place for a relaxing vacation in the sunshine.
We were lucky to spend a wonderful month at this property. The location is one of the best in the Country Club. The oversized patio is bathed in sunshine all day and we never tired of watching the golfers T off to the right and the sound of the waterfall in the pond right in front as well as being surrounded by nature...egrets, pelicans, turtles, hummingbirds, ducks and geese. The kitchen and living room overlook this landscape. Two pools to chose from very close to the property. This is a great unit in a wonderful Country Club. Gord and Caroline are great to deal with. We would definitely be back next year however the renters before us were quicker to book and scooped up some weeks in March. We like the location so much we have booked aother unit down the street for next year. We highly recommend this unit.

About the owner: We are a busy, active family with two teenage sons who are away at university and two working adults. We live in beautiful Vancouver Canada and enjoy the outdoors including skiing at Whislter and time on the water on the west coast. We have two dogs and a cat who stay at home while we travel.
Why the Owner Chose Monterey Country Club:
We looked for the right property for four years before finding the perfect spot at Monterey CC. We wanted a nicely decorated, south facing family sized vacation home with great pool access close to all the amenities.
