Amazing oceanfront views in a cottage style building. Looking for a quite, family friendly beach area and want to the summer highrise crowds? Sandy Dunes is a small 6 unit building, only 3 floors and a view from the large widow in the living room that looks as if you can touch the ocean! Beautiful, carribean inspired interiors which features a kids only room with bunk beds, games, flatscreen TV's and even a Wii game system. Sandy Dunes is the perfect choice for a family getaway that focuses on the family in a serene, quiet setting. Located about 1 mile from Barefoot Landing, the House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure and over 100 shops and restaurants. Please keep in mind this is only a 3 story building with only 6 condos, no elevator. Our unit 4 is located on the 2nd floor and our unit 5 is located on the 3rd floor. The best features of this condo are how close you are to the ocean, the beautiful walk from the building through the sand dunes, the gorgeous , bright interiors and avoiding the large crowds at the highrise type buildings. Please note there is no swimming pool on site but renters have access to our pool at a hotel we own only a few blocks away in case you want a day at the pool instead of the beach. For larger groups or family reunions, we have two 3 bedroom units in the building. The pictures featured are a mixture of our units 4 and 5.

About the owner: My name is Kristy. My brother Robert and I own and rent out several condos in the Myrtle Beach area. We have lived in the area since 1989 and are very familier with all attractions. We are a family focused on making sure your family enjoys your vacation and can even help with theater tickets or tee times.
