  We just returned from our PCB vacation in time to watch Debby coverage on the news. Whew! This unit was good overall. The photos are a good representation of the unit, however, the rooms look bigger than they actually are. It was fine for my family of four! General: Absolutely LOVED not fooling with keys and instead have key code access. Love love love this!! Whatever you're paying for this feature, KEEP IT! Kitchen: Good appliances. All working great and new. Toaster would be nice. You need an auto-off coffee maker for safety. Clean and sparkling on our arrival except for coffee maker still had old coffee in it. First day we noticed ants on countertop and in trash can. A few later in the week but nothing we couldn't handle. Bath: Sink drain was broken; tub drain broken but functional. Three more towels would have been nice. Light in vanity area had a mind of its own: on/off, on/off. Good working commode. Need to include "hairdryer" in your description so people won't have to pack one like I did. Living area: All wood floors looked gorgeous. Good sofa bed and bedding for my 6 and 8 year olds. Comfy recliner. Good TV (although we were not notified when someone visited our unit while we were gone and installed some sort of cable box. With no directions and an extra remote.) Great view, of course. Sliding doors were difficult to shut and by day 5 of our stay we couldn't latch it. Balcony: Very nice furniture: two tables, several chairs, chaise lounge. Nice!! Never found the light switch for out there though... Bedroom: Good king bed but sheets did not fit; kept popping off. Dresser showing age. Sliding door difficult to open so we didn't most of the time. Good storage in closet. Spider greeted us upon our arrival. Overall it was a nice unit; with a few details fixed up it could be really really nice!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Long beach Condo was great !! We had this condo and it was a Super Nice Place! Was Very Happy with this condo ! Also the other Review was about it not being clean we didn't have a problem and the Condo was very Nice!!!!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

  We were so so excited about getting away from life and just relaxing, what we encountered was far from this. Upon arriving and unloading all luggage (We were staying for 7 nights so we had allot)..Condo itself was very pretty.. Obviously it had not been rented out for a week or so and was not checked before we arrived.. There was long Black hair all over the floors.. Coffee Pot had remanants of Coffee from previous Guest as well as mold floating in it and in reserve. Everything was so dirty. And was very warm in unit We were so upset.. We call Four Star Condo services (this is who is over this condo) and explain what we have encountered and how unhappy we are.This is now 7:30 p.m... We repack all luggage back up and load up vehicle and go to Walmart and get groceries until cleaners can come and clean.. We were thinking ok this will all be Ok, but ok it was not. They could not get ahold of them so the guy and his wife came over and swept up with a broom and dust pan and expressed how Dirty it was and they did all they could do. We got back around 10:30 (walmart was packed) and upon arrival seen where it had been cleaned a little but needed so much more. We then had to re unlowed all luggage and now groceries, Unit was still so hot.. We still had not even seen the beach. The sheets on the bed did not even fit the mattress and no mattress cover and they also had black hair on them. All sheets and pillow cases were stripped and also the ones in the closet I thought that it was probably another set so I would just go ahead and rewash, to know for sure everything was clean. Unit was running about 78 degrees and we had it turned down to 65, looked and seen that the air filter hadn't been changed since 01/11 and that it was sucked up into unit.I stayed up till 4:30 am cleaning and washing. Also there are only 4 towels and 3 or 4 wash clothes, so you have to wash continiously. You have 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels and 1 garbage bag to get you started. We called again about air we were smothering, we had to keep all blinds shut am-pm to reduce heat. This was suppose to be a condo where we could just admire from the livingroom or bedroom the views, we got to enjoy none of this. Also sheets in top of closet were for sleeper sofa and not the king bed. We had to go purchase a new set of nice sheets, unlike the 200 thread count that didn't fit the bed and they were all balled up (cheap). Air finaly got fixed on thursday afternoon about 5 or 6 pm. we left sat
