  We stayed Friday through Monday and even though the weather didn't cooperate to do any kayaking, we still enjoyed ourselves very much. The home was exactly as described and was very comfortable for the five of us, very clean with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. We hope to come back next summer. The owners are very friendly and helpful,providing us with lots of information about the area's activities and amenities. I would highly recommend this home for anyone.

  This was a perfect property for our dual family vacation - exactly as shown online. Spacious enough for all of us to relax, cook and dine inside. The back yard was wonderful for the kids to play and the adults to join in on some baseball and football games with the kids. It was the perfect choice for a relaxing break from the norm.

  lake home was exactly as presented online and leasing, arrival, etc all handled smoothly and efficiently in short time frame--very nicely appointed home, quiet and beautiful with multiple areas to enjoy views of the lake, birdlife, stars, water sports and family time. Really enjoyed our time there!

  We had 10 family members ages 8 thru 74 and did not feel crowded in the least. Our favorite area was the beach area since it was private, and we could dock our boat for easy access. We loved having use of the canoe, and the multiple sand toys kept Grandchildren very busy. The house is the best stocked condo we have ever rented, especially the kitchen. The owners were extremely helpful and prompt with any questions, directions, etc. We would highly recommend it!!!

  We found this condo to be exactly as advertised, if not better. The house was spacious enough for the 10 of us- 5 adults and 5 children. We did our own cooking so really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The lake and private beach is definitely the best part of the vacation. It's large enough for water sports, we were able to dock our own boat, and it was so easily accessible from the house. Loved it!!!!

  We rented this lovely home for a week and had a great time. We were able to share it with family from age 1- age 85. They all loved it as much as we. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were great to work with and very helpful with making arrangments and giving directions and ideas for our visit. We loved the Lake Arrowhead golf courses and utilized the pools as well.

  My extended family including my 80 yr. old dad, 2 teenagers and a 4 yr. old (11 people in total) stayed here last week and had a great time. The house is clean and well maintained and with the temp.'s in the 90's and 100's the A/C and the lake out the back door were much appreciated. The owner's have the property next door and were there the same week, which made it even more enjoyable as they are great people and very hospitable. The info. they gave us on local attractions (restaurants, sight-seeing, etc.) was a great help and the Lake Arrowhead association maintains things (pools, clubhouse, golf course, lake) extremely well. We also appreciated how well stocked the house was (dishes, condiments, bedding, towels, etc.), saved us from a lot of extra packing. We will hopefully be back next year and will recommend this place to anyone interested in a very relaxing vacation with things to do for all ages.

  My extended family including my 80 yr. old dad, 2 teenagers and a four year old stayed here last week, (11 of us total) and had a great time. The temp. was in the 90's and 100's the whole week so we were thankful for the A/C and the lake right out the back door. The house and property were awesome and made for a wonderful vacation. The owners have made sure to supply the house really well with linens, towels, condiments, beach toys, etc., everything it takes to make a vacation enjoyable. The owners also have the property next door and were staying up there that week too, which made it even more enjoyable, as they were very nice and accomodating and went above and beyond in hospitality by taking us on a boat ride and letting us use their water toys. The packet of info. they sent us about the surrounding area (restaurants, shopping, sightseeing) was great and there is something to do for everyone of all ages. The clubhouse, pools and beaches were all clean and very well kept adding to the enjoyment of our week. Hope to go back again next year. Thank you again to the owners for a very pleasant relaxing vacation, would recommend to anyone!

  House was nice and large. Clean. Lake nice. Beach area small. Kitchen has lots of good dishes and cookware. decor is dated and could use a refresh.

  Owner response: We're glad you enjoyed your stay. The beach is a private (not public) beach that has served two families simultaneously for over 25 years without any crowding....and the furniture and decor is clean and comfortable without any worn or torn areas....

• Great house, beach & location

  We stayed at the house over Labor day weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. We were especially happy to have a nice house to be in since the weather did not cooperate and we had 2 preschoolers running around. The house was nice & clean. It was very nice that the towels & kitchen supplies were all there. The living area is nice & big. Actually, all the rooms are plenty big. Even though we did not use the garage, if we were staying longer, it would have been nice to park bikes and strollers in there. Having our own beach & dock was wonderful. By looking at the photos, we did not realize that there was a big hill b/w the house & the beach (several stairs to go down to the beach), but it did not end up being a big deal. The owners also own the house next door and were staying there, but again it was not an issue. They were very friendly. Since it was labor day weekend, Lake Arrowhead shoots fireworks over the lake. We just sat in the backyard and were able to see the majority of them from there. That was great.

Summer (July and August, through Labor Day) weekly rentals only; $1680 7 nights
  or $1400 6 nights.  June rates $280 per night or weekly rental rates above.
Off Season (after Labor Day - May) Nightly $200, Weekly (6 or 7 nights) $1200.
Special monthly rental pricing.   Cleaning/Maintenance fee $75 for all rentals.
Occupancy 3 p.m. day of arrival, departure by noon on check-out day.
$300 binder is needed to hold dates;  binder is applied as the security deposit 
         which is refundable once home is vacated by Lessee.
Payments by personal check, cashier's check or money order.
