This very upscale unit is one of the largest in this tropical complex with over 2000 square feet living space. There is a wrap around deck which encompasses the whole unit. Every room has a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean and the ocean front heated 75 foot pool. Our condo complex is oceanfront, but very few condo units are directly on the ocean. OUR CONDO IS!!
There are three spacious bedrooms, 1 king and 2 queens. The kitchen is a great size for the vacationing gourmets. It is fully-equipped. Bring only your flip flops, we have the Blender & the Shaker of Salt! All appliances are new. Kitchen & baths just remodeled!!
The non-smoking unit is approximately 50 feet from the ocean. A short walk will take you from our private beach front to the famous public Smather's Beach. We are only ten minutes from Duval Street. All you hear from our unit is the ocean waves and the splash of the pool.
Check in time is 4PM. Check out is 10AM. Special arrangements can be made if it is possible.
YOU MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT THIS UNIT. NOT AVAILABLE TO SPRING BREAK STUDENTS. PLEASE INDICATE THE NUMBER OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN IN YOUR INQUIRY, AND GIVE THE AGES OF THE CHILDREN. 6 ONLY IN UNIT!
Hurricane Refund Policy: Full refund given when Mandatory Evacuation ordered by city if unable to travel to Key West. Unused days refunded if here when Evacuation Ordered.

I can not say enough goods things about this Condo. You have the beach view, the breeze and the beach only a few yards away. There is a large, clean pool area with a spa and plenty of chairs. There are charcoal grills and picnic tables in the general pool area and we grilled out frequently. The condo itself was fabulous. Beatiful interior, comfortable and clean with a well stocked kichen. The pictures do not do justice to the actual interior. It is a short distance from Duvall Street, but that's not what we were looking for. Duvall and the party is a short cab ride, but we were there to relax, eat, drink and have a good time, which we did. Try the deep sea fishing with Captain Conche, Yoga on the Beach, or just sit on the patio and watch the sunrise/set. We will definitely be repeat customers.

This place is awesome! My very first reaction was "I love it!" It's very spacious, and the layout is conducive to both entertaining or individual privacy. It's located in a nice, quiet part of the island, just steps from Smather's beach and the bike path to Higgs Beach. Dan and Mary provided everything, and really went above and beyond to accommodate us. I can't wait to come back!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

What a find! This condo went above our expectations. The first word out of the mouths of all 6 of us was, "Wow!" The pictures of your condo are great on the internet, but once it is viewed in person, there is no comparison. Dan, you and Mary have a real jewel on the ocean. First, it was so easy to get around to all the favorite spots on the island from the condo. Second, it was also nice to come back to such a roomy, well decorated and supplied place for relaxation. We loved the easy access to the water activities, the beaches (especially Fort Zachery Beach!), DuVal Street, the shopping and of course the restaurants on the main part of the island. Our added bonus was being at Sloppy Joe's when the Hemingway Look Alike Contest was going on. Your condo was the perfect place for us to stay while on vacation. Thanks for your kind suggestions and making all of us feel welcomed in the Keys. We'll be back!

Good morning Dan, First of all, I want to tell you, your condo is absolutely beautiful! The decor is tastefully done to perfection. The beautiful view all around in each room is a delightful touch. We are sitting out on the balcony now enjoying the view.
