I can not say enough goods things about this Condo. You have the beach view, the breeze and the beach only a few yards away. There is a large, clean pool area with a spa and plenty of chairs. There are charcoal grills and picnic tables in the general pool area and we grilled out frequently. The condo itself was fabulous. Beatiful interior, comfortable and clean with a well stocked kichen. The pictures do not do justice to the actual interior. It is a short distance from Duvall Street, but that's not what we were looking for. Duvall and the party is a short cab ride, but we were there to relax, eat, drink and have a good time, which we did. Try the deep sea fishing with Captain Conche, Yoga on the Beach, or just sit on the patio and watch the sunrise/set. We will definitely be repeat customers.

This place is awesome! My very first reaction was "I love it!" It's very spacious, and the layout is conducive to both entertaining or individual privacy. It's located in a nice, quiet part of the island, just steps from Smather's beach and the bike path to Higgs Beach. Dan and Mary provided everything, and really went above and beyond to accommodate us. I can't wait to come back!

What a find! This condo went above our expectations. The first word out of the mouths of all 6 of us was, "Wow!" The pictures of your condo are great on the internet, but once it is viewed in person, there is no comparison. Dan, you and Mary have a real jewel on the ocean. First, it was so easy to get around to all the favorite spots on the island from the condo. Second, it was also nice to come back to such a roomy, well decorated and supplied place for relaxation. We loved the easy access to the water activities, the beaches (especially Fort Zachery Beach!), DuVal Street, the shopping and of course the restaurants on the main part of the island. Our added bonus was being at Sloppy Joe's when the Hemingway Look Alike Contest was going on. Your condo was the perfect place for us to stay while on vacation. Thanks for your kind suggestions and making all of us feel welcomed in the Keys. We'll be back!

Good morning Dan, First of all, I want to tell you, your condo is absolutely beautiful! The decor is tastefully done to perfection. The beautiful view all around in each room is a delightful touch. We are sitting out on the balcony now enjoying the view.

Our son got a chance to visit with several of his high school buddy's that have moved down there. We enjoyed our stay very much! This condo was absolutely beautiful! The online pictures do not do it justice! There was plenty of room for our party of 5. The views of the ocean and the pool were delightful. The condo was clean and everything was in working order. There was everything we needed during our stay and then some. The owner met us there and walked us through, giving us some good information as well as the parking pass for the garage. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in Key West. The pool and hot tub were great and there was plenty of chairs. The beach right out front wasn't really suitable for swimming (too many rocks) but it was great to walk along and there was a good beach just minutes away to walk to. It was a good walk into town from the condo so having the car was nice but it would be really easy having a bike. We were lucky because it wasn't a really busy time in Key West and we were able to find parking relatively easy. I imagine during busy time it would be a bit harder. What a great vacation!

After a very long day of fdelayed flights and driving down to Key West from Miami late at night, we arrived at our condo and were very pleased to find such a gorgeous place! We immediately checked it all out only to find no dissappointments at all! Upon awakening the next morning we again were very pleasantly surprised at the view of the ocean from the surrounding patio! This condo was everything and more than described... The owner Dan was great and very accomodating. We all had a great week and really hated to leave! I definately would go back again and again and again. Many thanks for a great vacation!

We rented this condo for 6 women and had a wonderful time. Bedrooms and baths were large and plenty of room for all our luggage and food. Everything was clean and repairs made during our stay were not intrusive.The pool and hot tub were well utilized. Elevators made going from floor to floor convient. Finding our way around town was easy from this location and bicycles would be handy. The beach was a little rocky but 1/2 block away is a sandy public beach that was great. Quiet at night with beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Great breezes off the ocean. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone.
