Welcome to the beautiful Three Palms, a luxurious 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private pool, short walk to beach, gated community.
This spacious 2000 square feet split bedroom designed house has four bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room and breakfast area, a laundry room. It has enough room for a large group and does not feel cramped. Each room has a flat-screen TV with cable channels.
A private pool ensures that you can swim in total comfort and privacy without sharing with the neighborhood or a condo association. The pool can be heated for an additional fee (especially useful during the winter months). The backyard area has many lounge chairs and umbrellas.
House is about 500 yards from a private beach. We provide a complimentary Beach Service (two chairs and one umbrella) from March to October. Public beach, with free parking and beach restroom, is just 0.9 miles away, next to Pompano Joe’s. Most shopping areas and markets are nearby: Destin Commons, Outlet Mall, Whole Food, Publix.
The kitchen has plenty of room and is fully equipped, with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a super quiet dishwasher. Cooking outside? A large size Weber gas grill and a charcoal grill will satisfy your inner chef.
As a one-storied house with an attached garage, it can accommodate one car inside the garage and 2 large size SUV on the driveway.
During peak periods, this property has a 7-night minimum, with Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out.

Amazing family vacation

This was such an awesome vacation. The house was equipped with any and all necessities needed for a great time at the beach. We were able to use bikes to ride which was great. The pool at the house was also very relaxing. To top this off, I left some items and was notified early next morning that they were being mailed. Being that a couple years ago, at another home I left a $600 watch and was told that it was née found This was an amazing vacation and I look forward to booking with these wonderful hosts again.

Family Beach Trip 2023

The house was very clean and the pool was great. However, we were Very dissatisfied with the lack of security. The lack of customer service from the management, and lack of internet and cable service for 2 days. At check-in, the front door access was broke and remained broke the entire stay for the 4 nights and 5 days. Had to go in and out through the garage with only one opener at times. Couldn’t lock the garage door to the house either. Felt unsafe leaving valuables while outside the residence. I Was asked to wait 4 hours at the residence for furniture to be delivered. Further, I was under the impression, after reading the advertisement the residence was a “short walking” distance to the private beach. Not so. The walk was a far distance.

Fabulous spring break house!

This house has everything you could ask for! Don’t need to bring anything besides your bathing suit and clothes! Sand toys, beach chairs, cooler all provided. This house exceeded our expectations! Thank you for such a great spring break!
