  My family and I spent a week at Misiones Del Cabo and it was so relaxing. Mike's condo was very clean, very spacious and had amazing views right from the balconey. We loved the 2 minute walk to the private beach and had so much fun snorkeling and just admiring the beautiful views. The condo is centralized between Cabo and San Jose, so rent a car if you are feeling adventurous to explore the area. We will definitely stay there again! Thanks Mike for sharing your hone wiith us!

  We started each morning watching the whales from the balcony. They were very playful and could be seen easily throughout the day. We enjoyed many excursions including deep sea fishing (we caught a 200 lb marlin and it fought for 1.5hrs!), swimming with the dolphins, glass bottom boat tours, fine dining and much more. The weather was amazing every day as it usually is in Cabo. Costco was located close by and we used it to our advantage for breakfast and lunch meals and usually ventured out on the town in the afternoon/evening. Was a great couples vacation and I look forward to returning in the near future! Thanks Mike!

  My husband and I just got back on the 30th after 7 days in Cabo San Lucas. We went with our 3 grandchildren and the condo was just perfect for the 5 of us with 2 bathrooms and the pull out bed in the living room. My favorite spot was sitting on the patio watching the ships go by and feeling the beautiful breeze from the sea. The pool was great and we would swim in it daily and took part in the special nights of food..." Mexican Night " & Fish Night". It was very reasonably priced and good.We met alot of folks at the pool who were very friendly and either living there part of the year or renting like us. Jose at the front desk and is the concierce was absolutely WONDERFUL and so very helpful. My luggage was 3 days late and he was very supportive in helping me track it down.He also had good ideas of places to eat . Our most favorite outing was renting a boat and guide and we snorkeled at Santa Maria....it was awesome and the guide would dive down for star fish, etc. I highly recommend staying at this condo and you will find the owner-Mike-very helpful as well.Thanks Mike for everything and sharing your piece of paradise.

  We enjoyed our honeymoon in this beautiful condo. Everything we needed was there and the condo was comfortable and spacious. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The owners of this condo were so helpful and knowing it was our honeymoon they made sure everything was perfect! It was like a home away from home. The views were AMAZING! Beautiful sunrise and sunsets over the ocean from our private balcony. We saw whales everyday! It was great to have Wifi so we could keep in contact with our family at home. The pool at Misiones was nice for relaxing in the sun and the other people there were friendly and welcoming. Great restaurants, good shopping and if your looking for fun night life you can certainly find it in Cabo. I would definitely recommend this condo and a vacation to Cabo to my friends and family.

  We have never been to Cabo before. My son strongly recommended we go there for a vacation since he has been there several times before. I was amazed at what a beautiful view we would have of the ocean! It was a beautiful condo and scenery. Every morning we would awake to watch the sunrise and watch the whales swim! I would highly recommend this vacation to anyone who needs to get away and relax! Hopefully we will be able to return again in the near future! Thanks Mike!!

  My wife and I and our 8 year old twins had a great week at this condo. Very spacious, new kitchen, comfortable beds, wireless internet and great views of the ocean and arch from the patio. The pool was uncrowded and the food and drinks served at the bar were very good and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the private beach where the kids were able to snorkel and see lots of fish in shallow water. With Costco, Walmar and Sam's Club a few minutes down the road, we had everything we needed for a great vacation. We rented a car for the week so we had access to both Cabo (ten minutes) and San Jose (20 minutes). Would definitely stay here again.

  Just returned from our trip to Cabo with my family. What a great time. Condo was everything the pictures said and more. What a view ! Kitchen I understand was just completely redone and looked awesome. Lots of room, clean, quality furnishing, and excellent details from owner on questions and concerns. No surprises and very safe, comfortable, and tons of fun ! We already booked for the same time next year. I would highly recommend this property above others as I talked with some who's condo's were not clean and actually had to move. This condo had everything described and more. Did I mention the VIEW !! Owners laid out everything from the taxi from airport, to places to eat (which we followed closely), places to go shopping and purchase goods, and even places to hang out and have fun at night life. Also had people on hand to get in touch in case something went wrong. Very safe and relaxing feeling. We ate at the pool 3 times for lunches, private beach was a blast as they had snorkel gear at the condo, relaxing beach chairs, etc. Cannot say enough about the place.

  Just returned from a wonderful stay in Misiones. This condo is perfect...best location in all of Misiones-very close to pool with the most amazing views to the east and west. Had wonderful sunrises and sunsets to enjoy every day. The condo is appointed well with updated tiled bathrooms and brand new kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances and wood cabinets. The pool and pool bar were great, and all the Misiones residents were very friendly. We had a fantastic time exploring Cabo, including driving out to East Cape, snorkeling at Santa Maria, people watching at Medano beach, fishing for Marlin and Dorado (on Go Deep), and enjoying all the great food and drink Mexico has to offer. Dinners at Edith's and Puerta Vieja were great, as were happy hour drinks while watching the sunset on the condo's deck. Mike was fantastic to work with; very accessible and made sure our stay met all our expectations. We look forward to returning!

• Wonderful Stay

  Our family of four vacationed during the week of June 12 -20 (and during the G20 summit). Our daughters are ages 17 and 20. Misiones turned out to be the perfect spot for us - even with the intense security measures that occurred that week. The condo has a beautiful view and we loved hearing the crashing waves when relaxing on the balcony, falling asleep at night or waking each morning. The pool and its palapa bar were fantastic. Pepe's margaritas, smoothies, taco lunches and buffet dinners were delicious and we enjoyed meeting him. We tried snorkeling on the Misiones swimming beach but the surf and rocks made it difficult. It is a pretty little beach and has palapas for shade. We were glad to have a car because we were able to explore Medano, Chileno and Santa Maria beaches for swimming and good snorkeling. We "hiked" across the surfing beach and rocks to Medano beach several times during our stay. We had a great time taking the water taxi tour of the arches and then snorkeling at Pelican Rock. Mario from Ozzy's water sports at the public beach part of Medano was kind, helpful and took care of us during the day we spent exploring that area. We would recommend him for arranging tours and cruises if needed. Additionally, we enjoyed several nice restaurants along the corridor and in San Lucas but one of best is right on the Misiones area property. Sunset Point and Sunset da Mona Lisa have a fantastic view of Medano Bay and excellent food. We did use the condo kitchen for meals in and although it was a bit small, it was fine for our family. We welcomed the two separate bed and bathrooms in addition to a living room area which we don't often get when we travel. The girls, unfortunately, found that the TV was even better than our own at home and had a large selection of channels for some evening entertainment. We want to thank Mike for helping us to have a great vacation and patiently answering my many questions prior to departure. We are also grateful to the condo manager, Bonnie and her husband Jim for providing information about the area (and fresh water) when we arrived and allowing us to feel comfortable contacting them if we needed help. We hope to be back for another visit some day!

  We had a great vacation with our three kids at this condo. Fantastic ocean views with prime sunrise vantage point from large balcony. Enjoyed our meals at table on balcony while keeping an eye out for whales. Very conveniently located close to Costco and with well appointed kitchen had great meals right on site. We didn't want to leave. Especially enjoyed snorkeling at semi private beach. Also made good use of pool. Not crowded at all and overall a very quiet location. Thanks again for a great place to stay!
