Our family enjoyed our stay. We could go on the deck and watch the waves, the walk to the beach is short. The house had plenty of space for our family which included 8 adults and 2 small children. The crib and high chair were a plus. The owner was wonderful she answered all the questions I had, and stayed in touch through the whole rental process. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Sea Isle City is a very nice well kept town, lots of restaurants and things to do. We throughly enjoyed our week there.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: We live in Cherry Hill. NJ. We met in Sea Isle City / Townsend's Inlet so it will always have a very special spot in our hearts.
Why the Owner Chose Sea Isle City:
I chose to buy at this location because it is the family end of town, away from the college bar scene. 80th Street is one of the most sought out streets in Sea Isle/Townsend's Inlet to Buy / Vacation. This house has fantastic OCEAN VIEWS and is SO CLOSE to the BEACH! So easy to come back to the house from the beach if you forget something - it is not a major haul! People love to Fish in the Inlet too or off season at the end of the street!. These are the main reasons I bought at this location.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Sitting on the deck in the morning having coffee while looking at the ocean. Watching the sun rise over the ocean from both decks-there is something so serene and peaceful about this. Watching the breath taking sunsets over the bay from the decks too. At days end, having a glass of wine at on the deck, while gazing at the ocean - it's mesmerizing. Enjoying a good book while lounging on the deck - feeling the ocean breeze, listening to the crash of the ocean waves, and breathing in the fresh, crisp salt air. Feeling safe while your kids are playing with other kids on the block-no through traffic!
Very safe for kids to play or walk to beach -no thru traffic or streets to cross!
Being close enough to walk to small stores and restaurants. Walking to Nickelby’s or Blitz market in the a.m. to buy bagels, coffeecake, and a newspaper or sandwiches in the afternoon. Walking to Sunset Grill for breakfast on their pier-what a way to start the day! Rent a jet ski or buy fishing supplies there too. Leave the car at home & relax.
Taking a walk on the beach and watching the fishermen at Townsend's Inlet by the Avalon Bridge (92nd and Landis Ave.) You can feel your blood pressure going down. Take a deep breath in-smell the wonderful, fresh salt air..you are at the beach and loving it!
