This "PREMIUM HOME" known as the "YELLOW PARROT" Features eight BEDROOMS, three with kings, two with queens, two with bunks, twin on top and full on bottom, one with two twin beds.
Sleeps 18 comfortably (no sleep sofas). Your on vacation why not have your own bed and bedroom to get that extra sleep that you deserve. Gas fireplace with built in book shelves and spacious decks, two car garage. Lounge on the balconies and soak up the stunning views of the Gulf.
Or head to the private heated spa with waterfall into pool overlooking lake. Great for family get togethers, fish on fresh water private lake, bring or rent canoe or kayak and launch it directly in the lake, enjoy your very own private sugar white beach or take a stroll on the incredible gulf beaches only steps away from your front door.
This beach home offers some of the "FINEST" accommodations that you will find anywhere on the gulf coast. Each bedroom has TV and VCR or DVD. Master Suite on third floor has whirlpool and walk in shower. French doors open onto large deck complete with rocking chairs overlooking the gulf.
Third floor also has three other bedrooms one with king and two with queens that also have a connecting bathroom (each queen has french doors with private balcony overlooking pool and lake). Second floor has Wet Bar with large Ice maker, large fully equipped kitchen with large island seating for ten.
Large living area with gas fireplace and TV with Bose surround sound system and dining room table with seating for 8. Two sets of french doors opening onto large tile deck with tables and chairs offering stunning sunsets as you look out to the gulf. Two bedrooms each with full bathroom and bunk beds twin on top and full on bottom, that is a favorite with the kids.
First floor offers privacy for the adult children or grandparents. This floor offers two bedrooms one bedroom with King Bed and one bedroom with two twin beds as well as a full bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower.
This smoke free house also has outdoor shower and offers panoramic views from the many windows and balconies. Deer lake State Park is within 350 feet and offers more than a half mile of sugar white sand beach as well as a boardwalk to hiking and biking trails. The "YELLOW PARROT" is located on a secluded street with a lot of privacy and little traffic making it idea for families with children. Beaches are very private with no high rise condo's near by.

We fell in love with house and location. The beach in front and lake in back offers alot of privacy and easy access to beach. Also being next to Dear Lake State Park offers 1/2 mile of open beach that will never be built upon.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Love to walk the beach and swim in pool. Fishing in the lake behind our house has been a great time especilly seeing our 6 year old grandson catch his first fish.

We had an incredibly wonderful time at Yellow Parrot for the week between Christmas and New Year's. The home was beautiful, large rooms and very accommodating. The owner was extremely nice and helpful whenever we had any question. We entertained our grown children and 4 grandaughters, ages 4 to 18 years of age. They loved being close to the beach, the heated pool for evening swims and the access to Seaside for lunches and evening gatherings with other teenagers. It was wonderful being able to have everyone in one home for a week. One of our children lives in Belgium with his wife and daughter and they really enjoyed being able to see everyone at once and spending some quality time together. This home has everything anyone would need for cooking and enjoying the great time in Florida. We really enjoyed our leisurely breakfasts and most dinners at the house. With a family that loves to cook, we had ample space in the kitchen for everyone to work together. I hope to return to Yellow Parrot again!

Your home was the perfect R&R location for our family of 16. The baby loved the porches, the 3 four year old girl cousins loved playong house in the bunk rooms. The six year old boy cousin loved the lake in back and the adults of course loved our own rooms, the spacious living area and we all loved hopping in the pool daily! What a treat to spend a week all togetherwhen we live in TN, Dallas, etc

Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful home with us. We all had a great time. We especially loved having the pool right behind the house! I know we all enjoyed that. My 10 cousins and I all loved jumping into the pool and then walking to the beach, which was only steps away. All of the adults enjoyed playing scrabble, whihc was in the cabinet with the other games. I loved all of the balconies with nice views.

Everyone had a fun day athe beach, pool, Spa and golfing. The day was concluded with a huge full size Thanksgiving meal with turkey, ham, and all of the trimmings. We had a great Thanksgiving week and enjoyed the home. Thank you!!
