We spent a week on vacation at this beach house and had a fabulous time! Everyone in our family found this house to be great, it has a really great location and was very comfortable for our family of adults (even the oldies, the elevator came in handy!) and kids. This is a second row house, directly across from the ocean front neighborhood pool. Because the oceanfront pool house is small, there is a pretty large ocean view from all of the front decks of the house and the listing isnt kidding, you can sit there and listen to the waves from the deck! Great way to wake up and sip the morning coffee and eat breakfast! The outdoor furniture on the deck was great too, we lived out there on the cushioned couches and chairs and ate dinner out there most nights too. The ocean front pool was great and it was nice to have bathrooms right there. We loved the private pool as well, when the kids were napping we were able to hang out there which was great. Also, the house was only 1/2 mile west of the pier, which meant evening strolls down to dinner and the creamery! A few things would make this house perfect: more keys to the oceanfront pool and a pack-n-play for infants onsite. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! The owner was so nice and easy to work with. Thanks so much for sharing your special house with us, I expect we will return in 2014!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.
