Little Miss Cottages is one of the few remaining cottages left at the beach that is this close to the water. Old Orchard Beach is the perfect vacation spot. You can always find a fun activity or a relaxing spot on the beach to take in the view.
Recently purchased by new owners - all cottages have been remodeled, resided, and decorated.
Cottage #1 - #5 are 1 bedroom (sleep 4 guest with sofa bed)
Cottage #6 is a 1 bedroom suite (sleeps 2)
Cottage #7 - #9 are 2 bedrooms (sleep 6 guest with sofa bed)
Cottage #10 is a extra large 2 bedroom (sleeps 6 with sofa bed)
House is a 3 bedroom (sleeps 8 with sofa bed)
All accommodations include: queen size bed, stove, refriderator, microwave, coffee maker, heating & air conditioning, cooking supplies, flat screen cable television, WiFi and washer / dryer on the premises.
Old Orchard Beach offers it all. Walks on the beach, kayaking (direct access to the beach), shopping nearby, cozy places nearby to shop or just drink and dine. Nightclubs and amusement park.
ALSO on the property is a 3 bedroom house that is available for $400.00 a week off season and $2,500 a week peak season (July & August).

We really enjoyed our stay at this Quiet Cozy Cottage , no people slamming doors or running up hallways as we so often find in a hotel setting. Once inside you feel as though your at a camp , Notty pine walls with a rustic feel to it. We found the amenatties to be just as we expected, Clean and Comfortable, quiet and relaxing, cook your own meal in the kitchen nook, with an electric stove. microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, and sink. The pots and pans , dishes , glasses and silverware are all at your ready. Or you just might want to head on down to the heart of Old Orchard Beach and find one of many restaurants to choose from,, only 1 mile from the Pier. After getting back from our night out , we chose to watch some TV on the nice flat screen, and then had a great nights sleep in the cozy bed . I would go back to Little Miss Cottages for another get -away , we had a blast ! Its a great place rest your head and take in the sites and sounds of southern coastal Maine !Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Little Miss Cottages are owner by Michele Trahan and John Ponzetti. Michele has always been involved in the construction field one way or another. In fact, her father was a union leader in the iron working business. Michele is a very avid surfer. When Michele was just 7 years old she rented her first surf board and was instantly hooked on the sport. Being from New England (USA) which isn't the best surfing environment, she learned to travel solo to satisfy her need to surf. Hawaii was where she got most of her surfing experience, and she actually lived on the north shore for many years. After living the surfing lifestyle for quite some time, Michele started to feel the need for something more. The surfing lifestyle didn't seem to fulfill her dreams and outlook on life. Eventually she decided to get involved with restoring old buildings and naturally, the real estate business. Real estate is something which Michele and Johny both share in common. Michele also loves music and says that it has always been a big part of her life. Michele has worked on many projects in her life. She has been involved in projects in California, Porto Rico, Villa Kaja in Indonesia and now Little Miss Cottages in Old Orchard Beach, USA. John served in the military for 3 years and was stationed in Europe. After leaving the military John attended Norwalk Community College and soon joined his family's construction business. It was there were John worked on many different projects including commercial, industrial and residential. John is now semi retired and mainly does consulting work.
