Once you get off the lake you want a relaxing place to kick your feet up, bbq some steaks and enjoy the stars. This house was bought brand new in 2007 and shows no signs of wear. This 1615 sq ft luxury home is located near the center of havasu city just minutes from the launch. Less than a mile to the golf course, and shopping and night life near by. Across the street is a nice school with a large grass area and playground for the kids. Fly kites launch rockets or whatever their thrill. Havasu has something for everyone whether its a family vacation or adult get away, it's the place to be. All the furniture is new from ashley's furniture. bring your laptop and enjoy high speed wireless internet. the house has air conditioning, heater, and fans in every room.
The living room has a huge 65 in tv with directv, dvd and Xbox, and ceiling fan.
The kitchen is complete with everything you need to fix a small meal to large feast.
Master bedroom has a cal king bed with memory foam mattress, tv with directv, dvd player, ceiling fan, and private bathroom. the bathroom is complete with 2 sinks, private toilet area, huge walk in shower, and a very large walk in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, tv with directv, dvd player, ceiling fan, dresser, and closet
The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with one bunk bed set also having a trundle bed, sleeping 5 in this room comfortably. this room also has a tv with directv, dvd player, closet, and fan
laundry room has washer and dryer with cabinets and vacuum

As a former home owner in Lake Havasu City I am quite familiar with the area. Most neighborhoods are "build to suit" lots which usually means that there will be older (sometimes run-down) homes next to the newer properties. No such problem with this house ! The neighborhood is quiet with well maintained properties and friendly neighbors. This house is clean, comfortable and well decorated. The garage has plenty of room for boats or jet skiis. The wide driveway will acommodate multiple vehicles and/or trailers. I highly recommend this property and will rent again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We rented the house for 3 months Jan 1 thru March 30 and were pleased with this property. The house was in great shape with comfy beds, good furnishings and kitchen facilities. The garage was also a significant plus. The owner was easy work with and responded quickly to a problem with the satelite TV system. Would recommend staying here to my friends and family.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This Was my first experience renting a house in havasu and it was better then expected. The owners of the house were a delight to work with. I will surely rent out this house again this summer. Tw house was really clean. Good size. The garage a huge plus as my toys didn't have to be outside in the heat. I strongly recommend any to rent out this house. Its a huge difference between a hotel.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
