Hi Fellow skiers! Our family has enjoyed Breckenridge for 20 years! We love both summer and winter! We live in Naples, Florida so getting up to the mountains is a great change of scenery for my husband and I. We have spent Christmas and Spring Breaks with our children in Breck and have many fond memories...
We have owned rental property for over 40 years and are veterans at "guest satisfaction". I do hope you will give us a try! thanks so much!
Why the Owner Chose Village at Breckenridge
We have owned at the Village for 20 years and this is still the BEST LOCATION in Breckenridge! One half block off Main Street and steps to Peak 9 ski lift. How much better can it get?? We not only enjoy the skiing we love Breckenridge in the summer! Our unit is overlooking the Blue River and the sounds wafting through your window on a summer night are tranquilizing!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Of course, downhill skiing comes to mind first! But, we have also found the less prominenet cross country skiing in Breck and Frisco excellent! One year I took lessons from an elderly gentlemen only to find out in WWII he rescued food packages from air drops by the allies on his cross country skis. Breckenridge is full of wonderful and interesting people. They are just as much Breckenridge as the mountain! In the summer, our favorite thing to do is to take coffee and reading material to the "beach" better known as the Blue River which runs through Town. Enjoy!

We just returned from Breckenridge and stayed at this unit. The owner was very honest and great to work with. This was our first VRBO rental and it was ideal. We have recommended this site and unit to others. The condo unit was very clean, spacious and conveniently located at the base of the Village. Perfect location for access to the ski lifts or a walk on Main Street. No matter where you turned, there were restaurants/shops. Also, the Village ski school was right outside our building. Perfect for the kids to get to ski school. Highly recommended unit!

We stayed in the 2br/2bath condo and it was great...really couldnt have asked for anything more. Location and amenities were everything the listing said they were. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have a memorable vacation.

This studio+ was an ideal place to stay for a vacation in Breckenridge. The resort is located right next to Main Street Station, Main Street itself, and at the base of peak 9. The studio itself was nicely furnished with a very comfortable and large bed as well as a spacious bathroom area and large kitchen. The owner was also very pleasant and easy to work with. We had a wonderful time staying in Breckenridge and our ideal lodging facilities made it that much more enjoyable. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we're in Breckenridge.

This studio was very romatic and a wonderful spot to spend a week. The studio had everything you need, a full kitchen, great location, 5 hot tubs, a heated pool, and walking distance to the quicksilver chair lift. Plus, you can walk to main street and shop or expericence great restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Also, the hotel provides a free shuttle if you need to go to the grocery store or to a restaurant. We had a rental car but rarely used it. This is my third stay in Breckenridge and the Village was by far the best stay. Also, the owner was very friendly and great to do business with. Enjoy your stay and the wonderful ammenties the village has to offer.

Great condo! The owner was easy to work with--very fast response to my emails and extremely friendly from start to finish. The condo was right by the slopes and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from this owner again.

What a wonderful spot! Beautiful studio. Nicely set up. An actual full kitchen. Nice! Soooo convenient to everything. One min. walk to lift. One min to spa. Two min. walk to mainstreet! No need for a car. But if you do drive, you practically park right below your room. No long schleps from the car to your room. Merely an elevator ride and a few steps. The Village is a great place to stay. Nice ammentites and very good service. Super owner. Very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Very prompt replies. Painless reservation. Have fun!
